Our family stay at Ezdan Palace Hotel was wonderful! A special thank you to the senior chef who went above and beyond. When my son asked for a muskmelon, it wasn’t on the menu, but the chef kindly brought one just for him. Such genuine, caring service made all the difference. Highly recommended for families looking for luxury with a personal touch. We can’t wait to return!

المميز جدا في هذا الفندق هو فريق العمل و أخص بالذكر فريق مطعم الثريا الرائع
والذي بالرغم من العدد الكبير من النزلاء خلال ثاني يوم العيد إلا أنهم تمكنوا من ادارة المطعم بحرفية عالية وبدون اي تذمر
بالرغم من بعض التصرفات الغير لائقة من بعض النزلاء
Every thing was perfect although eid busy time but the stuff were very helpful and friendly specially zakarya. Food buffet was great and rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable.
