若干の改善点はあるものの、スタッフの対応で余りある良いホテルである。
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が良い。日本語が堪能なスタッフがいて、誠心誠意対応してくれた。
洗剤常備の洗濯機（無料）や乾燥機（５０元）がある。無料のコーヒーやアイスクリーム、氷、お菓子等もあり、トーストの簡単な朝食もとれる。
生活に密着したロケーションだが、駅が近いためMRTでの移動に便利。文昌宮の近くで下町市場の雰囲気があり、かなり美味しい水餃子屋や、朝食のおかゆの店も近くにある。
空港バスの停留所が近くにある。

Cons:

バスルームの清掃はもう少し丁寧にした方が良い。日によって程度が違ったから、清掃スタッフのスキルによるものか。
断続的に水が流れる音がする。
エアコンの設定温度が低く寒い。暖房機能がないため、毛布等がほしい。
パジャマか浴衣は無理でも、せめてバスローブは欲しい。
