Bella ma rumorosa
Pros:

Próximo ao mar, Vista do mar. Gentileza no tratamento.

Cons:

A linda vista do mar fica extremamente restrita pelo fato de ser passagem e local de lazer do apartamento ao lado. Então a cortina deve ser sempre fechada para a privacidade. A umidade sofre com muitos rumores do restaurante e da umidade acima desde as 7:00.

Atemberaubend
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Appartement. Die Lage ist einfach gigantisch – direkt am Strand mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer und atemberaubenden Sonnenuntergängen über Korsika. Jeden Abend war das Panorama ein echtes Highlight.

Das Appartement selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sodass wir uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders die Nähe zum Strand und die ruhige Atmosphäre machen diesen Ort perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Wir haben dort 4 Nächte verbracht. Leider wurden während unseres Aufenthalts die Handtücher kein einziges Mal gewechselt und auch das Toilettenpapier nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl wir den Vermieter darauf hingewiesen haben. Für den Preis der Unterkunft hätten wir diesen Service definitiv erwartet. Schade, denn ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Pros:

Appartement idéalement situé, vue magnifique sur la mer et la plage, bien équipé, salle de bain propre et moderne, Frederico et Laurella très gentils et joignables sur whatsapp.

Vista mare stupenda soggiorno tranquillo in paesino gradevole

Casa affacciata sul mare, terrazza spaziosissima con vista impareggiabile
Camera ampia e comoda
Bagno all altezza
Ottimo per due persone (alche 3 ma con divano nel soggiorno/cucina)

Molto Carino, peccato per l’alternativa!
Pros:

La struttura si trova forse sul punto migliore di Pomonte. La gestione è stata accogliente e di cortesia, purtroppo però per una richiesta personale di accedere alla struttura prima, ci è stata proposta un’altra stanza in alternativa che assolutamente non eguagliava quella scelta e pagata in partenza, per grandezza e vista sul mare.
Tutto sommato però il soggiorno è stato piacevole!

Cons:

Non ho trovato molto corretta la scelta di proporre una stanza in alternativa più piccola, che non aveva la stanza separata dal soggiorno, e mancava di vista sul mare a finestra come quella scelta in partenza.
Era di fatto, un monolocale molto più piccolo con una terrazza leggermente più grande rispetto all’altra.

La perfezione
Pros:

Staff disponibile e molto gentile, struttura ben dotata di tutto ciò che occorre, vista meravigliosa sul mare. Inoltre è collegato al ristorante il Corallo molto buono e consigliato dove un celiaco si troverà molto bene, anche vegetariani e vegani.

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto quello che serve, è molto grazioso e spazioso. La cosa impagabile è la vista direttamente sul mare: ti lascia senza fiato.

Isola D'Elba in primavera
Pros:

La terrazza letteralmente a picco sul mare è incredibile...! La vista spazia fino alla Corsica, i tramonti sono meravigliosi. L'appartamento è ben suddiviso, con due camere matrimoniali spaziose ciascuna con il proprio bagno con doccia. In 4 (due adulti e due bambini di 5 e 8 anni) è stata la soluzione perfetta.

Cons:

Esclusivamente la dotazione della cucina (vista l'esclusività dell'appartamento consiglierei di dotarla anche di una macchinetta del caffè con cialde e di un microonde). Sarebbe stato comodo anche avere una lavatrice.
