Mi-a plăcut amplasarea și faptul că există parcare gratuită la hotel.

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că micul dejun este a la carte, și că primești o singură băutură - fie cafea, fie apă.
Și în special nu mi-a plăcut faptul că, imediat după plecare, am fost sunați că „sigiliul” de la sticluța de vodcă din mini-bar a fost rupt. Nu că a fost consumată vodca - ci că a fost rupt sigiliul de hârtie al sticluței. Ca oaspete, nu am cerut produse la mini-bar și nu am consumat din produsele de acolo. Am pus doar apa noastră la rece. Atât.
Atitudinea doamnei de la recepția a fost total deplasată. A fost pe punctul de a ne cere să ne întoarcem ca să rezolvăm situația sticluței cu sigiliu rupt...
Gestul dânsei mi-a lăsat un gust amar despre toată șederea la Hotel Trotuș. Păcat.
