Solid place to stay after arriving at CMB
Pros:

Hotel Thilon is a fine place to stay after a long flight to Sri Lanka. It's close to CMB airport (10 minute drive) and staff accommodated my early arrival time. Had some issues with my room (A/C and toilet) and staff switched me to better room with zero complaints. Very filling Sri Lankan breakfast. Staff are nice and really want to make the most of your stay.

Cons:

Initial room had issues with A/C and toilet but staff switched me to better room with no complaints. Is this a luxury resort? No. But it works for a quick stay after a long flight.
