the room was disgusting. Mouldy, hadn't been deep cleaned in years.

The location and the waters outside the room every morning. The AC worked well.

Cons:

The sea-view rooms we had were full of mould; it looked as if the bathroom had never been deep cleaned. The shower walls were stained. but it was so easy to remove the stains; I literally did it with my body wash while I was showering. This tells me that no one has actually scrubbed that place in years. Our pillows were also covered in mould under the pillowcase. Eventually, after complaining enough and physically showing the staff what needs to be cleaned and how it needs to be cleaned, they did so.

Pros:

I loved the pool. We loved the big room and comfortable bed. The location was superb right by the surf. We could see every sunset from the porch. We had privacy and still opportunity to socialize with other people at the hotel . We enjoyed the breakfasts and the restaurant building was spectacular with perfect view of the surf. Nice flowers and very tidy

Cons:

It was all good. They could make a floor on top of the building to hang out on..

A convenient location that’s good value for money.
Pros:

Great position, really comfortable beds in the twin share. Staff friendly.

Cons:

The property was a little run down to what it was many years ago. The grounds had been left too long and a little overgrown. Food was ok.

Reducing plastic waste, tiny 300 mm water bottles need to be replaced to limit plastic.
Pros:

View and proximity to waves and cafes

Cons:

The use of 300mm water bottles..I was given two 300mm bottles a day. It creates a lit of excessive plastic waste.
The hotel should have water dispensers where you can fill you own water bottle.
Considering the size of the hotel there must be hundreds of these bottles thrown out every couple of days.
