Reducing plastic waste, tiny 300 mm water bottles need to be replaced to limit plastic.
Pros:

View and proximity to waves and cafes

Cons:

The use of 300mm water bottles..I was given two 300mm bottles a day. It creates a lit of excessive plastic waste.
The hotel should have water dispensers where you can fill you own water bottle.
Considering the size of the hotel there must be hundreds of these bottles thrown out every couple of days.

Don't use hotel taxi or motorbike people that security let's in they are dodgy, use the various rest

No security, they allow anybody inside the resort especially the really bad rip off guys with motorbikes & taxis. They force you to use them even when you find alternative transport where you feel safe. I didn't like the reception gave out my room number & I was then woken up but strange men atc2am to be taken to the airport as if it was the nice people that I had already organised... not nice as a single mum travelling with her kids.. just like the Mafia. They wouldn't let the other driver take me it was scary to be in the middle of it... think there's some sort of corruption between hotel reception & dodgy taxi drivers in lakey.

Would have been great back in the day but pretty run down. No one eats at the restaurant and the food seems a bit suss. I think the restaurant needs a revamp, the toilet there is actually really bad, worse than toilets in outback lombok. This place would have been good back in the day, but now it has no energy and needs better management I think.

Pros:

Dirty rooms, mosquitos, bathroom falling apart. Cleaning staff were very polite and nice but hard to get any help or service. Great location.
