Vale para pasar unas noches pero hay sitios mejores.
Pros:

Tiene aparcamiento privado gratis, algo muy necesario para la zona y bonitas vistas al Vesubio desde la terraza de la habitación.

Cons:

Son habitaciones en lo que parecen locales reconvertidos en el bajo de un edificio.
La habitación es bastante grande pero los muebles son viejos, la cama no es especialmente cómoda y el baño está muy descuidado, especialmente la ducha.
La nevera no funcionaba y no te dejan ni agua.
La pared de la entrada a la habitación es una enorme cristalera lo cual no da mucha intimidad asi que tienes que dejar la cortina cerrada todo el tiempo.
Cuando llegamos nos atendió una niña que tuvo que llamar a su padre porque no nos entendía. El propietario vino bastante cabreado con la niña, parece que por haberle molestado para que nos atendiera. No fue desagradable del todo pero tampoco mostró un mínimo de amabilidad.
Nos dió las llaves, un papel para que escogiéramos el desayuno y nos llevó hasta la habitación.
Para llegar a la habitación hay que subir unas escaleras y una cuesta algo empinada. A mi no me importó pero habría agradecido que hubiese ayudado a mi madre con su bolsa y su mochila ya que yo no podia llevar nada más.
El desayuno es bastante ridículo, un café o té, un croissant y 2 rebanadas de pan tostado de bolsa con una monodosis de mermelada (no, nada de mantequilla) y otra de nutella.
Para usar la piscina hay que pagar 10€ más al día lo que me parece bastante cutre la verdad y el supuesto spa o jacuzzi ni existe y ni siquiera lo mencionó.
Por último, y aunque si tienes cuidado no debería ser un problema, el acceso al establecimiento con el coche es por un callejón con una cuesta muy empinada... asi que, cuidado con los bajos del vehículo al llegar al final de la cuesta si no quieres dejarlos allí mismo.

Hotel room, not an apartment
Pros:

Beautiful patio with view of Vessivius. Room was comfortable, clean and had a private bathroom. 20 minute walk to the train station and beach. Beautiful setting amongst fruit trees. There is a pool and plenty of pool chairs.. Good coffee and breakfast served in the morning.

Cons:

Steep incline to the apartment. Refrigerator didn't work and staff did nothing about it. There were no laundry facilities. We were told that staff would do our laundry for us, but that didn't happen either. We never found a hot tub at the facility. It is a hotel room, not an apartment.

Stanza orrenda,pulizia ?! Ho un altra idea di pulizia! Asciugamani che dovrebbero essere bianchi immacolati erano grigio sporco! Frigo bar spento e vuoto! Rumori notturni! X questo il pagamento è di 72 euro (UNA NOTTE) lo abbiamo pagato al momento della prenotazione e senza rimborso! Orrendo b&b da incubo! Altro che SPA

It’s an example of pure False advertising. A backyard turned into a pathetic place with artificial cheap green carpet and rooms in a city building next to this so called garden. Non-existent staff, breakfast was a joke!
