Ontbijt zeer goed.
Maar voor een 4 sterren hotel geen place mats noch tafelkleed .

Exceptional Retreat Near Alden Biesen
Pros:

A beautiful room in a wonderfully serene setting, perfectly integrated into the surrounding nature and landscape. The location is very convenient, just moments from Alden Biesen. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with great variety and quality. The blend of historical spirit and modern comfort gives the place a unique charm. Staff were friendly and helpful, and having parking available was a real plus.

Cons:

Honestly nothing — we simply wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it even more.

Pros:

Heb ik reeds geschreven met antwoord verleden vrijdag: waarom, zoals vroeger, kan men geen “spiegeleieren” meer verkrijgen ? Is toch niet ZO ingewikkeld….

Cons:

Niet correct dat men als resident gedurende 3 dagen men aan de balie zegt dat je niet kan dineren…!
Geen plaats: alles volgeboekt door meeting-people en congressen…alternatief was “ de bar” waar men door het hevig lawaai van congressisten doof werd.
Conclusie: de wagen nemen om ergens anders op km afstand te gaan dineren. In het geheel, absoluut niet aanvaardbaar.

Bij aankomst checkten we in op kamer 207: mooi.
Na installatie van kleren e.a. (3daags verblijf), wilden we Wi-Fi installeren langs de TV. Geen verbinding !
De interne telefoon en de frigo gaven ook forfait !
Dan naar de receptie: uiteindelijk kwamen er 2 technici kijken samen met de receptioniste. Niets te doen: we moesten verhuizen naar een andere kamer 213. Alles opnieuw inpakken, verhuizen en weer alles uitpakken en re-installatie. De sleutel die men ons overhandigde kon de deur niet openen….opnieuw naar de receptie….weer naar de kamer…opnieuw naar de receptie want de sleutel was slecht geprogrammeerd….ik ben 87 en het was zeker het moment niet als ik vernam aan de receptie dat we niet konden dineren….een “Vaudeville” die dag !!!
We kenden Martin’ s Rentmeesterij sinds jaren…
maar ditmaal was het even “TE VEEL”.
Spijtig….

Ook nog: waarom is de wellness niet gratis toegankelijk voor 3-daagse residenten zoals jaren terug ?

Allemaal zaken waar we ons aan stoorden.
Een restitutie ter zake zou zeker niet te veel gevraagd zijn.
De receptionisten konden ook niet antwoorden op al onze vragen…..

Het bed was te kort voor mij persoonlijk. maar ik ben wel 1.93 m.
Slot fietsenstalling was stuk en kon niet op slot, stond wel voor veel geld aan fietsen binnen....

Prima hotel met prima faciliteiten, is een goede keuze.
Pros:

Het ziet er allemaal heel mooi en schoon uit. Geen vloerbedekking op de kamer en de kamer was ruim met een grote douche. Het ontbijt was prima met genoeg keuze.

Cons:

Wij vonden de matras van het bed wat aan de zachte kant, maar daar kunnen andere mensen zeker anders over denken, ligt aan je persoonlijke voorkeur.

Très bon séjour
Pros:

L'hôtel est moderne, bien situé, dans un cadre historique et verdoyant et avec un grand parking extérieur. Le personnel est aimable et efficace. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. La literie est très confortable (sauf l'oreiller ferme). Le petit-déjeuner est fantastique et la plage horaire idéale de 7 à 11h.

Cons:

Il y avait un faux contact dans le verrouillage de notre porte de chambre et il fallait bien refermer sinon cela provoquait une alarme. Il y avait un oreiller très ferme (trop) et un oreiller plus tendre mais c'étaient les 2 seuls oreillers et le ferme était très inconfortable pour nous... Si nous étions restés plus longtemps, j'aurais demandé à le changer. Il eut été préférable de laisser un oreiller tendre en plus à disposition dans la chambre...

Leuk verblijf, voldoet aan verwachting
Pros:

Ligging, moderne inrichting en gezellig ingericht met kunstwerken, uitgebreid ontbijt.

Cons:

Gebrek aan extra hoofdkussen. De 2 stoelen met wijde poten(gestruikeld) in de kamer.
