Te duur hotel waar je meer van verwacht... een naam is niet alles !!!

Het ontbijt was prima.

Cons:

Had er meer van verwacht gezien de prijs. De kamer vertoonde veel slijtage ( douchknop los, plinten beschimmeld, nachtkastjes met schade). Ontvangst zeer 'sec' zonder uitleg. Maar 's morgens toen we onze kamer verlieten botsten we bijna tegen de manager met proper hemdje, we zeggen goedemorgen maar hij negeert ons compleet, terwijl hij 10 meter verderop tegen een groepje fietsers ze joviaal goedemorgen wenst en een fijne fietstocht... Neen, het is een gewoon hotel zoals vele anderen !

Communicatie van personeel. Sauna was defect, toch geven ze kaart (wat tegen betaling is) om binnen te geraken, zonder te zeggen dat ze defect is.

Fijn verblijf, mooie uitvalsbasis voor fietstochten.

Pros:

Mooie kamer. Heel comfortabel bed.

Cons:

Accessoires mochten beter aangevuld zijn. Tissues/box zo goed als leeg, geen shampoo/conditioner.

Kamer iets beter afstoffen, grote kever zat op de muur.

Pros:

Le design et la déco magnifique. Nous faisions le trail et la situation était idéale.
Le parking gratuit et le petit déjeuner était très varié avec des produits de qualité.

Pros:

Ontbijt was uitgebreid en lekker en al beschikbaar vanaf 7u, personeel was steeds heel vriendelijk. Hele ruime parking en op korte afstand van Alden Biesen.

Cons:

Kamer had hier en daar wat vlekjes (van insecten) en wat kleinere beschadingen aan plafond en muur. Ook vrij kale aankleding.

Het verblijf in dit hotel was een super fijne draad door onze fietsvakantie!
Pros:

Locatie, zeer mooie omgeving. Super om te wandelen en te fietsen. Hotel vlot toegankelijk. Ruime parking. Kamer was netjes. Ontbijt was erg lekker. Personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Pros:

- kamer voor 3 personen

Cons:

- gevraagd voor kamer op begane grond ( m.n. papa is invalide) hebben we niet gekregen
- honden zijn toegestaan, maar mochten niet mee naar het ontbijt. Dit werd niet gecommuniceerd voordien
- geen extra zaken in badkamer om te gebruiken
- kamer rook niet echt lekker. Mocht wel iets frisser ruiken

Mooi verblijf op mooie locatie!
Pros:

Iedereen was heel vriendelijk! Ontbijt was meer dan in orde! Kamer ook netjes.

Cons:

We vonden het nogal prijzig als we vergelijken met andere even mooie hotels. Kleine mankementjes (kapstokje die ontbreekt, knop van douchekraan die ontbreekt) zouden niet mogen zijn. Jammer dat er ook nog extra betaald moet worden om te zwemmen.
