The location was great.
1. The property doesn’t have 24/7 staff and even though they have entrance codes, one of the evenings a delivery driver was let in by other guests. Safety could be an issue.
2. The AC unit is very small and is not strong enough for the space. We had to ask for fans in a $600 per night room.
3. We were told point blank that they are not a hotel, they are more like an airbnb, so then why are they listed as a hotel?
4. They also told us that it was expected that the guests would take out their own trash and shown where the garbage shoot was.
5. No AC in the rest of the building, so going in and out felt like you were walking through a sauna.
6. Our stay was 6 nights and we had only one cleaning included, which we had to request at least 24 hours in advance. The day they were supposed to clean they didn’t, because they didn’t have time as they decided to prioritize brand new bookings that has just come through that day. Cool cool
7. We had no hot water for 36 hours, and they didn’t let all guests know until halfway through this period, even after many guests complained.
8. The bed in my room was a very small double bed. I’m 5’4” and my feet were dangling from the bottom of the bed.
Received many apologies by text and in person, that at some point it became awkward. Every interaction with staff was now an apology for something else not working.
This place is completely overpriced for what you get, even though the space is good and the location is good.
I do not recommend staying here.
Spacious studio apartment, located on the edge of the old town and close to the station. Nice layout inside, appliances available, restaurants adjacent. Plenty of storage space.
Despite being on the 4th floor it was a little noisy on Saturday night (earplugs were provided so presumably a known issue), other nights were quiet. Noisy bed. Aircon a little fierce and too near the bed.
Since the hotel was located in the city center, it was convenient to get around on foot. And the facilities were also very clean. And it was nice having a washing machine and dryer so I could wash the clothes I came in wearing cleanly.
It was a real shame that there was no parking lot.
Very comfortable unit, all was great and close to Old Montreal.
So spacious, clean, and amazing and helpful staff. Great location. Well stocked. Loved the record player. Great air conditioning, great shower pressure. Plenty of towels. Didn’t feel the busy street below was loud, nonetheless they give ear plug and a really cool sound machine!
One day the evaluator was down and had use the stairs, it was fixed by mid day. On arrival toilet didn’t work, the next morning they came to fix with ease. Since no true lobby, there was no where to go to use the bathroom. All slight inconveniences that left minimal impact on my overall stay.
It was super clean, the location is incredible (everything walking distance in Old Montreal), the room has everything you need (including a washing machine and dryer which came in super handy) and Roa assisted us with the checkin. She is amazing. We were also able to leave our luggage after checking out because we had a few more hours to spare. I would definitely stay here again when in Montreal.

The room was noisy at night. Affected my sleeping.
The room was spacious and contained everything we needed. The location was minutes away from the Jazz Festival, the old town and the metro. Perfect location.
Although there are plenty restaurants around it could be nice if there were vending machines or a self serve kiosk.
