The size was so accommodating for 3 people like us and the beds were very comfortable. It was incredibly clean, had everything you would need in the kitchen, and the location can not be beat. Good value for the cost. The staff allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby area when I arrived before the room was ready. They are very friendly and made great suggestions. The entrance lobby and locks created a level of security, especially for us as single women traveling.
No complaints beyond, an extra blanket or two in the room would be nice.
Excellent Old Montreal location. Very spacious apartment. Nicely decorated. Kitchen well equipped. All 3 front desk staff during our stay were very personable and helpful.

Location was great - a close walk to everything. I felt that it was safe and well lit for a single female travelling solo. At no time did I feel unsafe in the general area nor in the building.

Very clean. Very well located near Metro , easy walk to Old City. Friendly & helpful staff.
Clean, spacious, comfortable well appointed suite in a very good location. Attentive and helpful staff. The train station is a very short walk. Old town and most of the sights are easily walkable. Would absolutely stay here again.
