Pros:

De locatie van het hotel is ideaal, je kunt alles gemakkelijk te voet bereiken. Het personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was wel elke dag hetzelfde. Daarnaast werkte het kluisje niet en kregen we het niet open.

Het personeel niks van te zeggen super aardig

Cons:

De prijs voor wat je aangeboden krijgt…4 sterren hotel deluxe kamer…. Enige voordeel daarvan was de skyline …echt geen 4 sterren waard in onze ogen..vaker crown plaza gehad ook 4 sterren maar daar krijg je alles wat je wilt ook handoek wisselen bedden opgemaakt,was hier allemaal geen sprake van….jammer !
Hebben het personeel hierover gecontacteerd en hebben de familie kamer aangeboden gekregen op de 1e verdieping !
Onbijt was prima we werd gemaakt wat je vroeg…maar hier ook echt geen 4 sterren waard….
Voor de prijs verwacht ik echt wat anders…
Verder heel leuk weekend in Dusseldorf gehad

Pros:

la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal es lo que más me gustó.

Cons:

Estábamos en el primer piso y se oía el ruido de los locales de abajo. Tampoco me gustó mucho la ducha, era justa.

ça-va voor een stadsverblijf
Pros:

Vlotte check-in & out. Parking kan je met reductie dadelijk laten afrekenen in hotel (je ticket om buiten te rijden is dadelijk in orde). Niet te ver van het chopping gebeuren

Cons:

Het geluid van de stad als de raam open staat (is redelijk luidruchtige baan waar je langs ligt)

I suggest this hotel to everyone. I liked the vibe of whole package there
Pros:

Everything was perfect there. Reservations staffs were so nice, helpful and really kind. I will definitely come to this hotel later.

Cons:

Actually nothing. It was valued for the price.

Все было прекрасно, я была по работе для меня был все доступно куда надо было ехать или идти
Pros:

Мне понравилось все: место расположение, сервис и отношение гостям. Особенно хочу выразить огромное благодарность ребятам, которые работали на ресепшене вечерние время Dante and Ramin. Настолько душевные и гуманные ребята и все делают от души как будто они мои братья. Очень благодарю именно Dante. И все сотрудникам хочу выразить тоже благодарность. В целом если приеду буду выбирать только этот отель.

It was nice and pleasant, staff are really helpful and friendly!excellent customer service.
Pros:

I like the aesthetic design of the room, it looks luxurious. there are stove, microwave, fridge with freezer which i really need during our stay with the kid.

Cons:

The room is too tight. Maybe its good for solo traveler. The elevator as well is too tight.
