Pros:

Le personnel a l’écoute, j’ai eu un soucis technique dans la chambre et ça a été régler à l’instant.

Pour ainsi dire, tout ! C'est pro, efficace, complet...
La piscine est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel (autant pour sa qualité que sa diversité de produits). Me personnel est sympa sans en faire trop.
Pour être honnête, on est maintenant dans un autre hôtel (The Jungle) et vous nous manquez déjà beaucoup !

Cons:

Rien, mais pour chipoter un peu, je dirais seulement le fait d'avoir mis presque 2 jours à découvrir les fontaines à eau, juste au bout du couloir.

Pros:

Large well appointed rooms with large bathrooms. Very clean property.

Crest location, super friendly staff, rooms very dark - almost no daylight
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was great to relax, away from Noisy scooters and tuk tusk.

The rooms were big and very clean.

Cons:

The rooftop bar/ restaurant was almost empty every night.
The rooms were very dark and almost no daylight because they were facing the „inside of the hotel“
Shower was in a huge bathtub, for older people a little challenge.
We came as a couple and had to separate beds which you coundt put together.
Breakfast was all you need and okay.

Book a deluxe room
Pros:

I booked this hotel because it was the hotel my trip used for the stay in Siem Reap at the end of the tour and I needed an extra night. The room assigned for the trip booking was ok-ish - the room itself was ok(it was on the ground floor) but the noise coming from the AC units on the exterior wall of the room was not ok. The room I booked myself was a deluxe room and it was a completely different thing: on the second floor, a balcony, huge bathroom, huge room with seating area... absolutely great.
