Pros:

Old glory, but badly in need of an update

This hotel seems to be living on its former glory. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.

The room had an unpleasant smell and felt old and poorly maintained. Most uncomfortable of all, there was plastic covering the mattress, which made sleeping unpleasant. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive rather than welcoming or helpful.

We had already paid for our stay in advance, but despite that, we decided to leave and find another hotel. Losing the money was preferable to spending the night there.

The hotel may once have had charm and character, but in its current condition we simply could not recommend staying here.
