Excellent location, just next to the surf spot.
You can sit at the restaurant and enjoy watching people surfing.

Extremely appreciated the breakfast being served all day: after an early surf session it was great to be able to have a very good breakfast without rushing.
All the staff from receptionists to gardeners are very professional, friendly and polite.

Would stay again without a doubt
The only default for us was about the room (twin rooms with garden view).
The room itself is very comfortable and clean with all facilities needed.
But we found it way too dark, with a lack of natural light, or from the lamps.
There is also a problem with the condensation in the room.
On first day the floor and shelves were clearly wet and feeling of humidity in the room was unpleasant.
We informed the reception, someone came to dry the floor and shelves, and they explained that it was because we left the balcony door opened (not with the aircon working of course). The staff also switched the air-conditioning mode from cool to dry ( but dry mode cannot control the temperature and its a bit hot then).
They also have electric dehumidifier in room that you need to turn on to avoid the problem.
After one night we found the balance to control the humidity but you need to be careful.
At then end when we came back in our room daily, we always have this feeling of being in a kind of bunker : cold, dark and a bit humid.
This was my 3rd stay and i’ll be definitely returning. It is the most magical and beautiful place with coconut trees to stay in with ultimate service quality! Everything is above and beyond. The staff is super kind and helpful, they remember each guest’s name always with a big smile on their faces. Their restaurant Kokos served the most delicious and healthy food. Top service quality. Definitely a returning guest.

Such a beautifully maintained property. The grounds are wonderfully taken care of and the facilities top quality. Beautiful pool and the surf break right at hour doorstep. The highlight is def the staff. They are so personable and friendly. Even the groundsmen say hello!

Right on the surf break and has spacious grounds and a great pool. Great restaurant to relax at and watch the surf. Staff were very friendly.
All of the staff from the GM, the restaurant supervisor - Bogus & staff made me comfortable, food excellent, the massages - Anita has fantastic.
What ever I asked for they delivered over & above, fresh 2 large bottles of water each day & tided my room each day as well.
If I had to be pickie, the WIFI wasn’t the best, however I got around that.
Friendly, courteous staff who went out of their way to help. Crisp, clean sheets and extremely comfortable beds. Right next to the surf.
Location and pool
We had an issue at checkin. We arrived at 11am and was told the villa was not ready yet and had to wait till 2pm which we had. I issue with. When 2 pm arrived the villas was still not ready as the guest in the villa still had not checked out which was at 12. They eventually found the guest and got her to pack up and then they cleaned the villa. Surely the manager could enter the villa around 12:30, remove their belongings and start cleaning. if checkout was 12 and checkin was 14:00? Poorly managed situation making us wait until they located the current occupants!

Meteen bij binnenkomst voelden we de oprechte warme en gastvrijheid. Bali is altijd overal fijn, hier was er méér - in alles.arma en amri in het restaurant bijvoorbeeld, die eerlijke interesse hebben en zijzelf zijn. De general manager taxiede ons en bleek zo I vanaf schoonmaker te hebben opgewerkt. Hij snapt gastvrijheid en dat zag je overal terug.
Beter dan dit wordt t niet! Super kwaliteit voor perfecte prijs. Kamer met zeezicht geeft uitzicht op het paradijs

Breakfast tea was an extra expense even though we had paid for breakfast. Found that a little strange...
It is a solid 3 hour car ride from Legian. Be prepared for that. Not so much the distance but the sheer numbers of cars, buses on the same road.
Forgot about call to prayer. ( from 2 directions)
