We liked the facilities for kids, the animation team and engaging program, the food, the staff's friendliness, the nearby beach perfect for kids.
We also particularly liked the fact that the pool sunbeds non-reservation rule with towels was respected by guests.
Despite the hotel being almost full, there were always sunbeds available near the pools of the resort.
Very good wifi in any area of the hotel, including on the beach.

The hotel’s common areas and pool areas were very nice and well maintained. The staff was absolutely amazing — especially Johnny, who deserves a 10+ for his service and attitude. He really made our stay better.

The food was nothing special overall, although the breakfast was good and had enough variety. The rooms were okay and clean, but the beds were very uncomfortable.

One big downside was the huge crowds and long queues at every meal, which made dining quite stressful at times.

I am currently on holiday with my family. The hotel and staff are amazing. The kids club is brilliant it runs 10am until 12 and 3pm until 5pm. The food is lovely and there is plenty of choice. The hotel arranged for a birthday cake for my two children and the girls in the restaurant are lovely and always make a fuss of the children. I would also like to say thank you to the staff at kids club especially Noemi who is always very caring with the children. The hotel is brilliant if you have young children as the beach is around 2 metres from the hotel. Sunbeds are also reserved for guests staying at the hotel. The mini kids disco is also great and they also arranged a lovely birthday song for my children. Thank you x

Family of 4 (kids 4 and 11), we liked best: great beach for kids, shallow clear water; good food, varies daily;
very friendly staff; massages and kids spa - Eva is great with kids; good value for money for our May vacation; inside store to cover for all (small) necessities; many activities for kids and parents; low level of noise even for the rooms close to the pool; well mannered guests/well implemented rules - here we did not see sun beds reserved with a towel thrown on them before 9 am like it happens in other countries.
What can be improved: screeching bed; not so comfortable pillows; we had to stay in line at the restaurant door a few times to have dinner - it was cold outside and there were not enough tables inside; the 4 stars are "Greece 4 stars", but it is clean and the staff is very welcoming; not much to do outside the resort; planes noise - it took 1-2 days to get used to it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Crete and would highly recommend it for families with children. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff were friendly and always helpful throughout our stay.

The best part for us was how good the entertainment team was with the children. There were activities throughout the day, mini discos in the evening, games, and plenty to keep the kids happy and engaged. The staff made a real effort to include everyone and created such a fun atmosphere.

The food was great with lots of choice for both adults and children, and the pool areas were perfect for families. Overall, it made for a relaxing holiday because the children were always entertained and enjoying themselves.

We would definitely return again in the future. Thank you for a brilliant family holiday!

Johnny boy is the best 😁

We have just today returned from our 2 week honeymoon here with our toddler who is nearly 4. She had the best time and so did we. She absolutely loved the entertainment and the kids club! She loved the full animation team but had a special connection with Noemi who put in so much effort with her and made her feel really special every time we went to the kids club or mini disco! Angela was also amazing and we're the rest of the team. The hotel was lovely and all of the staff were brilliant. Would return in a heartbeat. Sad to hear home!

This hotel is stunning its more beautiful and alot bigger in person. We booked this holiday for my husbands 40th birthday and it didnt disappoint we've enjoyed every minute of it. We even had professional photos taken which can be booked in the hotel and the sunset photos are stunning the hotel staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are modern and spacious enough space for my family of 4. The pools are fab there's a lively one with the animation team wondering round and do a morning and dinner time dance. The kids splash pool is great to let your kids play as its very shallow and safe or if your looking for a more relaxed time id say the pool with the pool bar is the one for that as for loungers there's never a fight for them like some hotels there's signs saying no reserving so means plenty for everyone. The animation team put on great games and activities during the day for adults and kids aswell as wondering round having a chat with you. Then they put on a fab kids mini disco in the evening my son isn't one to dance but he cant wait to get there. Although this was a holiday to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday it was also my sons first ever holiday abroad and one person in particular made this holiday the absolute best for my son was Johnny aka Johnny bravo my son archie would daily wherever we was around the hotel he would try look for him to my son Johnny is his best friend he is definitely going to be missed but we will definitely be booking again thank you to everyone for making out holiday amazing xxx

The beach has a gentle slope into the sea, fine sand, beautiful palm trees, and seawater pools

We stayed here from the 28th of April until the 4th of May, weather was lovely for 3 days and not so great for 3 days. Our 4 year old daughter loved the kids club and the mini disco. Big shout out to Angela who put so much energy and enthusiasm into the mini disco making our daughter's holiday very memorable! The room was cleaned everyday. Rooms are all located very close to the pools and the beach is across the road. Food is nice and wasn't too busy at this time of year. Live singer was amazing too! Great value for money at this time of year but we would love to come back at peak season!

We had a great time at Crete, Marina hotel. The food is nice, hotel clean. Recommended for families with kids!

Good location, atmosphere is amazing, all the staff are very friendly and i really liked the room with a sea view.
In short, I definitely recommend this place
