Loved every moment
Pros:

Hotel is very clean food is top class variety and different every day domestic staff so friendly we had a really good holiday this was my children’s first holiday and was excellent
Only thing I would like to say is kids entertainment needs a little more appeal Laura was amazing especially to my son who has autism she was highlight of holiday and was brilliant with other children she needs to be recognised excellent swimming pools all clean can’t fault the hotel at all will come back for sure you made my children’s first holiday especially you Laura thank you

Our Family holiday Party!
Pros:

A great hotel, very clean. Brilliant service. The activities for the children are particularly lovely, as is the entertainment coordinator Johnny, who organises the evening football tournaments. A real highlight!

Pros:

Had a fabulous afternoon of treatments with Selina for my 40th birthday. Would 100% recommend booking into the SPA. You will not be disappointed, I felt like I was floating on air afterwards!

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and accommodating especially for my son who has a dairy allergy. The entertainment team were amazing, Olivia, lowra annd anna. every mini disco was full of fun and fun energy.

Excellent hotel with great Spa
Pros:

The hotel always lives up to expectations, very friendly and accommodating staff with clean rooms and calm fun atmosphere for the kids.

However, the Spa is a must visit as the experience was excellent. I had a massage and a facial with Seline and we did the children’s massage. It was one of the nicest and relaxing experiences I have had. She is so friendly and knowledgeable it was a pleasure to be a repeat customer. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel and highly recommend it! Everything was excellent: the rooms were clean, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxing.
A big highlight was the entertainment team, who kept the atmosphere fun and lively throughout the day. The activities were enjoyable and suitable for all ages.

- Hôtel situé à 15 minutes de l'aéroport d'Héraklion.
- Etant une famille avec 2 enfants donc un sur-classement en suite.
- Buffets matin-midi-soir avec un gros effort sur la variété des plats.
