잘 머물렀지만, 가격 대비는 모르겠음.
Pros:

객실 내부가 훌륭했어요~ 조망권도 좋았고, 욕실과 분리되는 가운데 자동문도 편안했습니다. 내부가 쾌적하고 고급스러워서 구경하기도 좋았어요. 수영장에서 머문 시간들이 좋았습니다.

Cons:

조식의 다양성이 조금 떨어지는 듯하고, 벌꿀과 잼이 있던 곳은 위생이 조금 신경쓰였습니다. 아직 체계가 조금 덜 잡혀있는듯 하고, 다른 호텔에 비해 서비스가 조금 부족해요. 무료 픽업 및 공항 이동 리무진 제공이라던가, 체크인/체크아웃 대기줄 이라던가, 앉아서 대기할 수 있는 공간도 없는게 조금 아쉽네요.

an absolute masterpiece
Pros:

My stay here was absolutely unforgettable, and I will always cherish the memories. The hotel’s unique architectural design completely blows other properties out of the water! What truly made our visit special, though, was the remarkable hospitality. A massive thank you to Armon, who went completely out of his way to show us the Kaws artwork and help us take beautiful photos. His genuine kindness and attentiveness shone through.To top it off, he personally guided us to the House of Dancing Water show. Outstanding service like Armon's is rare, and he deserves a huge bravo!

Pure Perfection!
Pros:

This hotel offers a truly spectacular experience. The architecture is incredibly unique and beautiful, setting a new standard for luxury stays. Beyond the stunning design, the service is what really stole our hearts. Armon provided some of the finest hospitality we have ever experienced. He kindly gave us a chance to explore the Kaws exhibit and helped us capture some wonderful photos to remember it by. His intuition is incredible he noticed we were tired and immediately refreshed us with bottles of water, then made sure we safely made it to our show at the House of Dancing Water. Armon's genuine care made our trip. Bravo!

Pros:

Our overall experience was splendid as a first time visiting Macau. We really had an amazing time and we truly appreciate bellman Bryan for allowing us to have an unforgettable experience. He helped us with the luggage and show the facilities of the hotel. He even extended his genuine care to show to us the Art on 23. The architecture of the hotel is so stunning and futuristic. The overall experience is one of a kind. We will definitely come back when we visit macau again. Many thanks to everyone especially to Bryan for thy exceptional experience!

We had a wonderfull Staycation.
Pros:

This is our first time to stay here and the overall experience was fantastic, We really appreciated Bellman Bryan for being Warm welcoming to us and showing genuine care on our needs, Bryan asist me on how to go to art on 23 floor and show us how beautiful the hotel. He Help us to take a picture that create a wonderful and memorable experience on our stay. We will come back here for sure when we visit Macau again.

Modern hotel with excellent food and service
Pros:

highly recommended hotel as we celebrated our son’s graduation. Staff Armon and Fiona made sure our firsf stay wont be the last one by providing impeccable service. My son especially liked the japanese melon we had for breakfast and my favorite was the shrimp roe dumpling noodle soup. Will definitely be my go to hotel when in Macao.
