Lovely short stay.
Pros:

The property Wes in a great location just behind the small. Mall in the city Centre where the ticket office was for the trains.

Cons:

There was no safe in the room and any valuables had to be left with reception. Breakfast was a bit too local for my liking.

Muy viejo, nada que ver con las fotos, lavabo dentro de la ducha súper incómodo, instalaciones antiguas

Cons:

Solo el spa, la chica de la recepción muy mal, decía que no le funcionaba datáfono y insistió 3 veces para que le pagara en efectivo. Nos cobró por entrar antes en la habitación 600 vnd cuando las tenía libres. Desayuno no muy sano

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing.

The only advantage of this hotel is its convenient location, as it is very close to Sapa Station.

Cons:

The breakfast had very limited choices, and most of the room service staff could not communicate in English, which made it difficult to report problems.

Our first room had a leaking toilet, leaving the bathroom floor completely wet. After housekeeping came to clean it, they realized it needed maintenance, so we requested a room change. However, the second room also had an issue—the shower pipe was broken.

Another downside is that the stairs at the hotel entrance are very steep and not elderly-friendly, making it difficult for older guests with luggage.

Velmi dobré ubytování v centru Sa Pa
Pros:

Dobré umístění hotelu v centru, kousek od stanice na horský vláček na Fansipan, pohodlné postele, velký pokoj, ochotný pan recepční, který nám pomohl zavolat Grab. Banány na pokoji - byly výborné!

Cons:

Matrace na přistýlce byla velmi nepohodlná, museli jsme ji obrátit, protože to dceru bolelo do zad.
