Great place. Wish we had been able to stay longer
Pros:

The bedroom was large and the shower and bathroom were perfect, clean and well stocked. And the views of the river and Dragin Bridge were perfect for avoiding t he r huge crowds. Nor forgetting the lovely staff. Just great

The rooftop pool was small and had no shade outside but it cooled it did cool us down

Book one week in advance and when I arrived out of the blue the ac of the room was not working.
Pros:

Location is good, but staff when I arrived after booking one week in advance, they told me sorry the AC is not working and transferred me a terrible hotel. I hope managers can respect the booking

事前にメールで、到着時間を聞かれたチェックイン時間前でも空きがあれば、早くても対応可能などのやり取りがあり、親切なホテルだと感じていました。ところが、当日返答していたチェックイン時間に行くと部屋のエアコンが壊れていて部屋が無いと言い出し、別の姉妹ホテルを紹介される。然も、街の中心部から更に3キロも離れた場所だったので、観光食事に大変不便でした。更にホテルの看板も出ていない改装工事中の中の一部屋　ほとんどラブホテル仕様.... シャワーの水は真っ赤...
悲惨な夜でした。

Pros:

For the price this is amazing value in a fantastic location great pool top views over city and river. Our room was bigger than expected and all in all a great night's sleep.

Cons:

We had a room for 4 but only 2 towels...I'm sure we could have got more if we had asked.
