Oft dort übernachtet, bisher immer zufrieden gewesen, leider nachgelassen
Pros:

Für uns ist die Lage optimal, weil Familie direkt nebenan wohnt, super ist auch der Abschluss an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.

Cons:

Wie bereits bei unserem letzten Aufenthalt gab es wieder Probleme mit dem Wasser, beim letzten Aufenthalt hatten wir von 5 Tage an 3 kein warmes Wasser und dieses Mal schien irgendetwas mit den Wasserleitungen nicht zu stimmen, sie verursachten sehr laute Geräusche bis später in die Nacht.

Pros:

supernetter Service, auch nachts um 12 noch ein Kaltgetränk bekommen. Die Klimaanlage war wohl kaputt, weshalb wir nach zusätzlichen Bettdecken gefragt haben, die wir auch gleich bekommen haben ( also das Zimmer war ziemlich kalt, aber da gabs wohl ein allgemeines Problem) Frühstück war auch ok, ich hätte vielleicht noch ein Sojajoghurt gewünscht, aber das ist alles kein Drama. Nur eine zusätzliche Kaffeemaschine wäre noch perfekt, man muss sonst wirklich lange warten. Aber sonst gerne wieder!

Sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wirklich rundum schön, auch wenn die Zimmer klein sind. Lage perfekt zur S-Bahn, 4 Stationen zum Bahnhof, grosser Biergarten und ein sehr leckerer Inder um die Ecke , sehr entspanntes, großzügiges und hilfsbereites Personal

Great value for the price
Pros:

The room we booked was very modern, nice and clean. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and we had to change rooms. In any case the staff was fast in solving the issue and 10 minutes later we had another room with an air conditioning working perfectly. There’s a supermarket right by the hotel’s door and that’s something many travellers appreciate.

Cons:

I miss having a small fridge in the room for some fresh drinks and a kettle to have some tea at night. The area doesn’t have coffee places or restaurants apart from an Indian place that wasn’t frequently opened.

Pros:

Die Lage nahe an der S-Bahn und Bus zur U-Bahn ist gut geeignet für einen Aufenthalt in München. Die Zimmer sind sauber und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind bequem.

Cons:

Das Hotel erinnert mehr an eine Jugendherberge. Beim Frühstück wird man angewiesen, selber das schmutzige Geschirr wegzuräumen, unsere Decke war in einen zu kleinen Überzug. Den zu wechseln wurde als Zumutung empfunden, auch weil das Personal zu wenig verdient ... Der Kaffee beim Frühstück war ungenießbar.

Nettes Personal, zweckdienliche Einrichtung, sauber und ordentlich, Garagen Plätze mit Aufzuganbindung verfügbar, ordentliches Frühsücksbüffet, gute Lage zur Sana Klinik und OCM, nette Lokale und Gasthöfe im näheren Umkreis, gute Nahverkehrsanbindung.
