Lage OK, Personal sehr freundlich, Bad und Zimmer funktionell. Frühstück OK.

Cons:

Einfaches Hotel mit guter Lage zum Flughafen aber auch nach Rudow
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet eher klein, aber alles Wichtige vorhanden.

Cons:

Nächstes Mal nehme ich ein Zimmer nicht zur Straße, viel Verkehr. Fluglärm war nicht zu hören

Es war alles gut man kann zufrieden sein die Leute sind nett und der Preis stimmt was hat sie nicht gefallen

Cons:

Es ist alles okay wir haben schon mehrmals gebucht empfehlen wird leider neben Aldi wo man gut einkaufen kann was will man mehr und auch nah am Flugplatz und die Leute die dort arbeiten sind alle nett

Pros:

Es liegt zwar etwas außerhalb, für unsere Zwecke, wir waren mit dem Rad unterwegs, aber alles ok. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Lovely morning staff and nice breakfast.

Cons:

Lovely staff in the morning, friendly and helpful, but not so much the night staff. I was completely lost and called the hotel for help (it was 1am and I was a solo female traveller, so it was a bit scary) but the night staff were very unhelpful and just told me to use my Google maps. In the end, I went to another hotel and they called me a cab. I wouldn't stay here again. It was partly my fault because I booked it when I was tired and didn't realise how far away from the airport it was. I arrived late at night and thought it would be easy to get to the hotel but it really wasn't and it was very quiet and isolated on the road.

Pros:

Hotel bardzo pozytywnie nas zaskoczył . Niska cena w stosunku do jakości, a wszystko było czyste i zadbane. Dużym plusem jest dodatkowy parking w cenie 10 euro, co w Berlinie jest naprawdę świetną opcją. Szybki meldunek, spokojna okolica i komfortowy pobyt. Idealne miejsce jak chcecie miejsce blisko lotniska. Polecamy!

Die Unterkunft war laut unseren Monteuren in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Hotel stellt nach Abreise zwar eine Rechnung aus, schickt aber 4mal die gleich Flasche Rechnung mit falsch ausgewiesenen Besuchern.
Da in der Verwaltung bei Hotels in Vorkasse gegangen wird (Rechnung erhält immer erst nach Auszug) benötigt man bei Check Out eine buchhalterisch richtige Rechnung um das Geld von der Firma zurückzuerhalten.
Bis heute habe ich keine korrigierte Rechnung erhalten. Die Kommunikation wurde nach ein paar Wochen gänzlich eingestellt. Auf das Geld bleibe nun sitzen.
Für unsere Firma steht dieses Hotel nun auf der roten Liste.
