Wunderbares kleines Hotel in Traumlage
Pros:

Wunderbare Lage an der Promenade direkt am See. Geräumiges, schön eingerichtetes und ruhiges Zimmer mit groẞer Terrasse und Seeblick. Klimaanlage.
Umfangreiches und hochwertiges Frühstück entweder im gemütlichen Restaurant oder bei schönem Wetter auf der Terrasse des Hotels.
Abends sehr gute Küche im hauseigenen Restaurant.
Kostenfreier Parkplatz gegenüber.

Pros:

l'accueil et la disponibilité sans faille du personnel; ayant eu un problème de santé nous avons vraiment apprécié la réactivité ,l'aide et l'empathie du personnel présent à ce moment précis .Notre gratitude s'adresse tout spécialement à Daniela et sa collègue. La qualité d'un établissement se mesure aussi à cela.

Schönes Hotel, im Umgang mit den Gästen gibt es Luft nach oben.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist ein kleines, feines Boutique-Hotel. So wirkt es jedenfalls.

Cons:

Die Online Beschreibungen, auch bei Booking com, könnten präziser sein. Wir hatten Seeblick gebucht, es war aber seitlicher Seeblick. Es wäre gut gewesen, das vorher zu wissen. Dann spart man die Enttäuschung. Auch wäre eine andere Reaktion des Personals schön gewesen. „Sie können den See ja vom Badezimmer aus sehen“, ist nicht so tröstlich. Ich hätte mir eine lösungsorientiertere, wärmere Reaktion gewünscht.

Ein kleines sehr gemütliches und entspanntes Hotel , in phantastischer Lage. Welches von einen tollen sympathischen Team geführt wird.

Cons:

Da gibt es nichts was wir vermisst hätten.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Wunderschönes Hotel, perfekte Lage, große eigene Terrasse.

Cons:

Nur zwei kleine Punkte:
Klimageräte sind super, aber nicht getrennt steuerbar. Dadurch hat es nachts egal bei welcher Einstellung Richtung Bett gewindet.
Dusche in der Badewanne, die direkt quer vor dem Fenster steht, sodass man auf der einen Seite den Duschvorhang, auf der anderen Seite den Fenstervorhang hat.

Lie Lage des Hotels ist top! Das Zimmer war liebevoll und zweckmässig eingerichtet, mit bester Sicht auf den See. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, doch zwei Sorten Käse wäre kein Luxus...
