Hotel backs onto the beach, with its own beach lounges. Good air con, basic bathroom.
"City" room was noisy as it looked out onto the main road through Dikwella, and traffic noise really carried (truck horns, braking, buses, scooters honking). Basic room, quoted in USD, payable in INR cash.
The beachfront location is fabulous, there are sun beds on the beach for guests to use and a restaurant although we didn’t use it as we went out. The beach was beautiful and very few people so we loved it. One of the nicest beaches and not too far to walk to the next surf beach along which has restaurants/bars for a livelier scene, but not too much. A really nice location.
The hotel was ok , you get what you pay for, don’t expect luxury but if you want a budget / affordable place to stay which has a great location and comfortable room with outside balcony right on the beach then this is it.
We didn’t dislike anything
the family room had a huge terrace on the roof (somewhere there was no railing), a nice bathroom, access to the beach
huge corridors in hotels, the refrigerator in the room could not be plugged in, the washing machine was packed

Absolutely nothing. I don’t know who writes good reviews for this hotel… the rooms are awful. The mattress was a foam crash mat. The linen didn’t fit the bed properly, nor did it cover me. The towels are old and grubby, they resemble something you would find in your shed. The rooms are delapatepted, falling apart. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and rude. No clean linen or towels the next day. Awful hotel, stayed in much better hostels. Shame, it’s got potential. I really don’t know who could possibly write a good review for this hotel.
Fantastic location, immaculately clean. Everything you needed. Good price. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend staying here.

WiFI only available in communal areas - it does say this on booking.com but not obvious, should be more prominent. Issue with AC, but staff dealt with quickly and moved to another room.
