The host and services were 100% above our expectations
Pros:

For a value motel, the experience completely exceeded our expectations. The host was excellent and was very attentive to the breakfast bar, which made us feel like they were putting in a lot of effort. Truly appreciated.

Cons:

Limited access to the upstairs. Unlocked entrance door to the hallway made me think about security shortfalls.
