Muito bom
Pros:

A localização é excelente, muito perto da praia e de restaurantes. Antes da chegada, o hotel enviou todas as informações sobre estacionamento, trânsito e ZTL, o que facilitou bastante a nossa logística. Conseguimos chegar de carro, deixar as malas e depois estacionar fora da ZTL sem dificuldades. O processo de check-in e check-out também foi rápido e simples.

O quarto é bonito, bem decorado e, apesar de um pouco pequeno, tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável. A varanda voltada para a rua foi um charme e foi muito útil para secar as roupas de praia. Outro destaque foi o frigobar, que realmente mantinha as bebidas geladas.

O café da manhã é bom, com opções variadas, e o restaurante do hotel parece ser uma ótima opção, embora não tenhamos tido a oportunidade de experimentá-lo.

Cons:

O atendimento foi cordial, mas achei a equipe um pouco indiferente.

In centro a san vito, a due passi dal mare
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale! In pieno centro, in una tranquilla via proprio a due passi dalla via principale pedonale e vicinissima al mare.
Struttura accogliente in pieno stile siciliano, personale sempre cortese e disponibile, colazione abbondante e varia.
Eccellente la possibilità di parcheggio nel garage della struttura, forse un poco caro dato che si è gia clienti dell’hotel, ma comunque davvero ottimo servizio anche perché nelle vie è molto difficile trovare posto.

Cons:

Camera piccola, non c’era posto dove poggiare la roba
Anche la doccia piccolissima e molto poco pratica

Great for location, however noise was a big let down.
Pros:

Location was great, short walk from the beach and all the restaurants

Cons:

The noise early in the morning and at night was incredibly loud from the restaurant below us. There was crashing and banging from around 7-7:30am which woke us up every day, and then again at night around 23:30-00:00 which sounded like plate and furniture literally being thrown around. Staff were also not very friendly. Air con wasn’t very cool so we were hot at night.

Pros:

Sehr schönes stilvolles Hotel, Zimmer auch sehr schön und sauber. Das Frühstück war ok, für italienische Verhältnisse gut, für uns jedoch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Lage war toll, 4 min zum Strand. Liegen und Schirm gab's gegen Gebühr vom Hotel auf einem eigenen Strandabschnitt, die Liegen sind jedoch sehr eng gestellt. Das dazugehörige Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, muss man probiert haben.

Cons:

Im Zimmer wars leider sehr laut, sowohl abends sehr lang laut bis nach Mitternacht wegen dem Restaurant im Innenhof, als auch bereits in der Früh ab 7 Uhr sehr laut da dann das Frühstück vorbereitet wurde.
Das Personal hätte uns mehr Auskunft geben können bei unserer Ankunft, wir hatten das Gefühl dass keiner so recht gern englisch gesprochen hat.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schön ausgestatteten Zimmer mit bequemen Bett, Kühlmöglichkeit und einem kleinen Balkon. Die Lage ist zentral und doch ruhig weil es in einer Nebenstraße liegt. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterasse war vielfältig und bot mit dem Blick über die Dächer einen tollen Start in den Tag❣️

Esperienza estremamente deludente

Avevamo prenotato questo hotel con grande entusiasmo per trascorrere un soggiorno a San Vito, ma purtroppo non siamo nemmeno riusciti a iniziarlo.

Al nostro arrivo, all’orario previsto per il check-in (ore 13:00), ci è stata assegnata una stanza letteralmente invasa da formiche volanti. Dopo aver segnalato immediatamente il problema, il personale ha spruzzato dell’insetticida e ci ha chiesto di attendere, assicurandoci che la situazione si sarebbe risolta.

Una volta rientrati in camera, però, nel giro di pochi minuti abbiamo trovato nuovamente numerosi insetti all’interno, nonostante le finestre fossero rimaste chiuse. A quel punto abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in un’altra stanza, ma il direttore ha minimizzato il problema definendone l’esagerazione. Ci è stato inoltre comunicato che non erano disponibili altre camere e che non potevano offrirci alcuna soluzione alternativa, lasciando a noi la decisione di andarcene o meno, nonostante fosse evidente l’impossibilità di soggiornare in quelle condizioni.

Solo dopo l’intervento di Booking è stato autorizzato il rimborso della prenotazione. Di fatto siamo stati costretti a rinunciare alla vacanza e a tornare a casa senza poter nemmeno iniziare il soggiorno programmato. Abbiamo riscontrato una totale mancanza di attenzione verso il cliente, nessuna proposta concreta per risolvere il problema e un atteggiamento poco professionale da parte della direzione.
