Room and staff food was fantastic loved the cooper bath and the hot tub it was our 21st wedding anniversary and it was special stopping there ❤️

The bath tub was amazing, the bed was huge n soo comfortable, the room was stunning n clean, the staff were gorgeous, welcoming n helpful i had an amazing time. This was my first stay here we will definitely be back soon thankyou sooo much 🫶

The room was lovely massive and the bed was very comfortable staff were amazing and house keeping.
A little bit of a foist smell when entering the building at the stairs. However i can appreciate its an old building . On the left hand side of bed near the window its either carpet frayed or bush growing in . And looked a bit batters the paint work And could see dust up a hight can appreciate its up high but it looked quit dusty and the beams and the zebra head and the disco ball. Over all we had a fab stay so thank you very much .

The price is entering higher/premium price range. Great food overall but raw eggs were served to one person in our party, staff resolved quickly.
We love the large bath in the room and the comfortable bed. It was quiet and cosy.
The food service at dinner was slow and we needed to remind the staff of our order. The staff did rectify any issues we had quickly and they were polite and friendly.
Amazing food in the restaurant. Room decor is second to none.
Feature bath couldn't be used as plug was defective. Drain smell in bathroom but that may be due to lack of rainfall over the previous weeks.
