Pros:

La struttura con parecchio verde.
Le camere che sono miniappartamenti, grande salone all'ingresso, bagno e camera matrimoniale ampia, terrazzo vivibile con tavolo e 6 sedie.
La cortesia e disponibilità del personale.
La colazione anche se denota poca scelta di salato.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione è insufficiente per come è posizionata la struttura, in prossimità di un parcheggio e, nel nostro caso (alloggio lato monte), della ferrovia. A finestre completamente chiuse si sentiva parlare la gente in strada. Quando passavano i treni poi.... Comunque nelle ore notturne il traffico ferroviario era ridotto e quindi siamo riusciti a dormire.
Manca l'ascensore (ma nella descrizione è ben specificato).

Bene, ma non benissimo
Pros:

Servizio nelle camere puntuale e completo, cambio e fornitura biancheria perfetti, buona colazione, accoglienza e servizio bici ottimi.

Cons:

Secondo piano senza ascensore, mentre c'erano i vani ascensori previsti ma non allestiti, bilocali pubblicizzato con angolo cottura, e poi l'angolo cottura non c'era (nelle foto e negli attacchi a muro c'erano... Camera che dava verso la ferrovia, che genera rumori a volte fastidiosi di giorno, ma soprattutto di notte.

Было очень комфортно и атмосферно , мы чувствовали себя как дома , удобное расположение , супер персонал русскоговорящая девушка , особое Спасибо 🙏 , бесплатный прокат велосипедов , все рядом , пляж , supermarket Conad недалеко , , прибрежные кафе и рестораны . Очень зелено и видно что хозяева делают все чтобы клиентам было комфортно.

Ambiente fresco, con molta vegetazione. Spazi comodi, tutto pulito e in ordine. Possibilità di utilizzare delle biciclette. Ottima colazione.

Il primo giorno non sono state fatte le pulizie, immagino per errore, ma dopo aver fatto notare la cosa, è stato tutto risolto in breve tempo.

Great hotel for parents with young children
Pros:

Fantastic 1-bedroom apartment that was large and easily accommodated 2 adults and 2 children. The hotel was very child friendly. We loved the free bikes with child seats to be able to go around town

Cons:

Bed in the main bedroom was a double bed. Would be great if it were a king or super king.
