미케비치 근처라 주변 인프라가 좋아요.
저는 만족합니다.
다만 조식메뉴의 다양성은 좀 필요한것 같구요, 객실에 티슈와 쓰레기통이 없어서 좀 불편했어요

The people working here were very hot-tempered and didn't even talk to us properly. But I didn't find the service here very good. The rooms were a bit good. Everything else was average to me.
It still seems necessary to provide some training to these people's staff.

Perfect location. Fantastic restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful sea view from the rooftop. Easy walk to the beach.

We had a great stay at the Tamarind hotel. Breakfast included was great with a decent rotation Asian centric. The staff were beautiful people and friendly. The room had a side view to the sea. The pool had a direct view of the sea. The area has fantastic walkability to all kinds of food and shopping. Recommend the Chevy for bar scene. Located 1 block from My An beach. Also a nice launch point for attractions. Grab rides were always within a 2 minute response. Fully recommend for short or long stays if you take a suite. The pool bar has not been used in a long time so don't count on it, but access to beach bars really makes it moot.

Our stay was very good all of the front desk staff were wonderful.
The corners of our room could use a little elbow grease.
Our shower flooded the bathroom because the drain was plugged

バスタブ付きの高い部屋を予約したけど、バルコニーの出入り口の鍵の使い方がわからずに一晩怖い思いをしました。

The location is good. It is just a few yards away from the sea beach. Night life is quite busy , bustling with the massagers and vendors everywhere. Rooms are not sea facing. Although they are spacious and clean . Service is poor. I had to remind the hotel reception for towels, shower cap, even for the complementary water also. The housekeeping service was not so impressive, even missing in some days. Omitting the service , we relied only on the location and pool facility. We enjoyed the vicinity of the sea beach and evening pool bath.

방에 개미가 있어서 개미에 물려서 조치를 요구했고, 방이 풀로 차서 바퀴벌레 약으로 임시조치가 되어서 아쉬웠다. 그리고 조식이 조금 빈약했고,

great location, less crowded end of beach. 180 deg. views from pool with good shade and not busy midday. good breakfast and friendly staff. large room well soundproofed. very good value

Recommend this hotel. Me and my wife stayed for 3 months. Very nice apartment, clean and with amazing view. Close to the beach and good bars and many restaurants. Nice, friendly and profesional staff, all over. Very good breakfast on 14th floor.

Take the time to discover this area.The hotel is right in the middle of everything you want as a tourist. The Tamarind rooms are clean and spacious. New hotel feel. Bed is great. Exceptional price considering the locatión, the quality of room , the service and breakfast . All of the people working at this hotel are friendly , always smiling , always ready to help no matter what you need. Special thank you to the manager , thi hai, who greets everybody at breakfast every morning. Great hotel to stay .

한달정도 장기 투숙했습니다. 서핑 여행으로 간 거라 미케비치 근처의 호텔을 골랐는데 가격대비 만족도 너무 좋았어요. 걸어서 3분 정도면 서핑 해변까지 나갈수 있고 근처에 약국, 편의점, 한인마트, 음식점, 야시장 다 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 가장 좋았던건 친절한 스태프 분들! 조식부터 프론트 하우스키핑까지 너무 다들 친절하셨어요. 방음도 잘되는 편인것 같고 청소도 깔끔했습니다. 구우욷이 단점을 꼽자면 호텔이 야시장 한가운데에 위치하고 있어서 저녁 시간에는 그랩이나 음식 배달이 바로 앞까지 들어오기 힘들다는 건데 바로 옆 호텔로 설정해서 보내면 편하게 받을 수 있습니다! 한 층에 방도 많지않고 1층에 항상 직원들이 상주해서 저처럼 여자분들의 장기투숙 숙소로 적당할것 같아요.

Breakfast horrible and if bread, fruit or anything is over they say sorry finished, if u not a pork eater then don't book this hotel

Room are average not maintained well specially door locks not working, if a small dirt on towel they don't wash it instead tell you to wash and give

Swimming pool with excessive chemicals and no towels

You need to lock your luggage wherever you leave the hotel....few staff not reliable

Easy trouble free check in with really friendly staff.Room was very clean and comfortable with complimentary toiletries and daily fresh towels.Nice proximity to the beach just short walk.Great rooftop pool and bar(you can actually swim in the pool)
Dining room was very bright and clean with a good breakfast and atentative waitresses.Great value for money a real home from home this being my 2nd visit to this wonderful hotel.I have no hesitation in recommending this very well run establishment.

Selected Tamarind as it was a hotel conveniently located midway between the beach and my son’s apartment here in Da Nang and it turned out to be a a good choice. The hotel is reasonably new and the facilities are all spot on. The rooftop pool offers a panoramic view of the city and out across the ocean towards the Cham Islands. Our room was located on the 12th floor which turned out to be immediately below the kitchen - early morning noise was a bit of a nuisance but the reception staff led by Hillary were immediately responsive to feedback on this and had no problem in changing our room. Our tariff included breakfast and a good selection of Asian choices were on offer - could perhaps consider to include additional western choices but this was not really a problem. Would stay here again.

I would like to give this feedback aimed to the hotel staff and owner.

PROS:
1. The staff and particularly the manager are beyond friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Most of the staff speak good to average English.
2. The hotel rooms and premises are pretty clean.
3. The pool has an amazing view.
4. Great location, a block away from the beach, nearby good quality restaurants.
5. The rooms have a fantastic AC system.
6. The bathtub is fantastic. You won’t run out of hot water.
7. The linen is clean, crisp, and brand-new.
8. They have the most delicious coffee.
9. The hotel is 100% value for money.

CONS:
1. The rooms with the best views are the standard ones. The luxury apartment suit has a lot view with an awkward miniature balcony.
2. The shower in our room is between the toilet. There is no separation and if you take a shower at night, the whole bathroom’s floor will be wet, making it dangerous to walk late at night.
3. The breakfast will not WOW anybody. There is poor selection of everything. Vegetarians or vegans will only have a poor selection of fruit, that would be it. Almost everything had meat in it, even the salad had slices of ham. They focus mainly in Asian cuisine. Even the pastries are disappointing. Who wants a pastry with pork-floss and jam?
They have the tiniest coffee cups and the servers won’t offer to refill your cup. They are more interested in chit-chatting with other staff members. So, if you want to drink a regular size cup, you will have to go several times to refill your cup. One morning, I asked for ice and one of the ladies, filled the glasses and grabbed the ice cubes with her hand.
4. If you go to the beach, you won’t find a water bucket to clean your feet and remove the sand from your sandals. Most nearby boutique hotels have water buckets or a hose for this purpose.
5. The directory signs inside the lifts are the same color of the lifts, so if you don’t pay attention, you’ll miss that info.
6. The kitchenette has a below choice of dinnerware. There was no bowls, tea spoons, only 1 glass, etc.
7. After cleaning the room, they don’t refill the toiletries.

Overall, if you are not picky with your stay, the hotel will be a fantastic lodging, nearby the beach, restaurants, and bars.

We had an average experience overall as we found it very semi-professional.

Reception staff and entrance staff are most of the time occupied with their phones hiding behind a wall.

We also asked information about tours and they said they can only book car for us, we would appreciate some help on suggesting tours or tour agencies that they could do that for us.

Room was overall clean except the curtains that were full of stains and drips and the towels had a big hole in them.

Rooftop bar was just empty all the time with no staff attending or even if they were they would be sitting down again with their phones.

Breakfast was at least average on choices but good quality and when we called the reception in the morning to let us know when our tour guide will arrive as we were having breakfast no one had let us know by the time we reached the lift to go down were the tour guide was waiting for us...

On checking they didn't even ask if we liked our stay and didn't thank us for staying.

Don't get me wrong but you should take in consideration this feedback to value your guests if you want to make some more money or make them to come back or recommend to someone else as the competition is high with so many choices around there. I think these are pretty standards for a 3 star hotel.
