The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious for a single. There was a small balcony overlooking the lovely garden and I loved the chickens who were able to roam freely. The bed was extremely comfortable and the furnishings modern. The cooked breakfast was delicious and the serving staff very friendly and efficient.
There was no fresh milk for tea in your room. No towel rail in the bathroom. Several small flights of stairs which made getting a heavy suitcase up and down difficult.

Perfect location with a short stroll to the shops and seafront. Very quiet and peaceful at night despite being at the front of the property.

It's a lovely friendly hotel close to the town and beaches,its quiet and the rooms are nice,breakfast was brilliant and all the staff friendly and trusting.Love the chickens walking around the garden, I will be staying here again in this lovely town most certainly.

Room was comfortable and spotlessly clean.. the location was as described with excellent access to the town.
The breakfast timing was remarkably short. 08.00 to 08.45 which was not convenient. The quality of the breakfast was below expectation. The corridor to my room was so narrow that negotiating it with a case and shoulder bag was a struggle.
Our second time at this Hotel & it didn’t disappoint. Our room was spacious clean & comfortable as was the Lounge & Dining room. Can’t understand why more Guests don’t have half board. The Hotel has an excellent Chef & the Evening Menu selection something for everyone.
We stayed for two nights and the woman in charge (Nicola) was great. Our room was a bit small but we had a balcony over looking the rear garden. The location is great for walking into town center and front. Be aware the seagulls are noisy.
