Localisation parfaite au centre de Cannobio

Cons:

-insonorisation terrible, nous étions au rez et avions l’impression que les gens qui rentraient dans la demeure étaient dans notre chambre (conversation audibles même avec toutes les fenêtres fermée)

Rideau de douche ne tenait pas et n’allait pas jusqu’au fond, donc dès qu’on prenait une douche ca inondait la sdb.

Tolle Lage, tolle Wohnung, tolle Aussicht, tolles Check-in und Parkplatz.

Cons:

Leider im Restaurant gegenüber sehr laute Anlage (Klima- oder Abluft). In der Wohnung ist der Abzugsventilator extrem laut. Es fehlt leider eine kurze Kontrolle zwinschendurch.

Wir hatten schöne Tage am Lago Maggiore, auch dank der Unterkunft.
Pros:

Schöne Ausstattung, gute Lage, Preis in Ordnung. Zu empfehlen!

Cons:

Lediglich das Bett gibt einen Punkt Abzug in der Gesamtnote, da es relativ hart ist und für empfindliche Rücken nicht geeignet ist.

Prima appartement op toplocatie
Pros:

Wij hebben een week verbleven in dit appartement en kijken terug op een prettig verblijf. De accommodatie bestaat uit een woon-/eetkamer met tv en een open keuken, daarnaast een aparte slaapkamer en badkamer. De inrichting is vrij basaal, maar alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Tussentijds werden de handdoeken verschoond door de huishouding (behorend bij het naburige hotel), wat zeker niet standaard is bij de huur van een appartement.
Wat dit appartement echt sterk maakt, is de locatie. Het gebouw is keurig onderhouden met een mooie binnenplaats en ligt ideaal, vlak achter de boulevard met diverse restaurants. Daarnaast is er een supermarkt op slechts 50 meter afstand, wat erg handig is tijdens het verblijf. Tegen betaling is er ook een parkeerplaats in de nabijheid te reserveren, wat in deze omgeving zeker een pluspunt is.
Al met al een fijne en praktische uitvalsbasis, vooral dankzij de uitstekende ligging.

Cons:

De keuken was wat eenvoudig uitgerust met slechts twee kookplaten, waardoor het bereiden van uitgebreide maaltijden soms wat lastig was. Ook misten wij een vriesgedeelte in de koelkast, wat het bewaren van sommige producten minder handig maakte.
De bedden waren prima en voldeden goed, al waren de stoelen aan de eettafel vrij hard en daardoor wat minder comfortabel bij langer zitten.

Zentral gelegene Wohnung für Urlaub ohne Auto

Lage der Unterkunft nur 1 Minute von der Seepromenade. Guter Supermarkt ebenfalls gleich nebenan

Cons:

Nur (unwichtige) Kleinigkeiten: Wir konnten die Kaffeekapseln für den Kaffeautomat nirgends zu kaufen finden. Die Steckdosen in der Küche passen nicht für den Wasserkocher. Am Bett ist keine freie Steckdose fürs Handy-Ladegerät.

Pros:

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral und doch ruhig.
Zu Fuß sind es nur ein paar Treppen runter, 1 Minute und man ist schon unten am See.
Die Ausstattung ist mehr als ausreichend, man hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar im Flur, auf jedem Stockwerk, befand sich eine Schubladen Kommode, mit WC Papier, Abfallsäcken ....
Das Appartement war sauber, ruhig.
Wir hatten ein Appartement ohne Balkon. Aber aus dem Flur gelangt man zu einem kleinen Balkon, den wir genutzt haben.
Klar, man hat hier kein Seeblick (oder nur seitlich, über die Häuser) dafür ist die Unterkunft günstiger, als direkt am See.
Wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Ein Nachteil - diese Unterkunft hat keinen Lift. Für uns war es kein Problem. Dennoch für Gehbehinderte unbedingt im Erdgeschoss buchen.
