Pros:

地點非常好，不管離那裡都很近
早餐看起來很好吃，因為在飯店的入口每天都會有手繪的菜單可以知道明天吃甚麼，覺得非常可愛
6/18住宿的早上不知道為甚麼明明住在頂層，卻有聞到食物的香味，感覺是早餐的油煙味，非常香但在房間裡很怪
飯店附有溫泉池和按摩腳的機器，非常優秀!!很喜歡溫泉池外面的吹風機
每天也會有手寫板繪有當天的天氣提醒帶傘

只有房間小，洗手台很淺其他沒什麼問題

お部屋の清潔感、温泉があったことと、浴場のアメニティやドライヤーが良かったこと、フットマッサージャーやレモン水などのフリーサービスも嬉しいサービスでした。気持ちよく過ごせて良かったです。

Cons:

朝食サービスがあり良かったのですが、こちらはここならではとか御当地のと期待していたのとはちょっと違ったかなと。おみそ汁はちょっと残念でした。
腰痛がある私にはベッドは柔らかめで、もう少し硬めだとありがたかったです。

Cons:

Das WLAN war eine absolute Katastrophe. Gerade in den Abendstunden mussten wir unser mobiles Internet nutzen, da wir teilweise minutenlang auf das laden einer Seite warten mussten.
Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich sauber. Wir haben Pillen zwischen den Betten und Dinge im Tresor gefunden.
Einmal haben wir das Frühstück ausprobiert. Die Dame dort war sehr nett und brachte mir eine Auflistung von Allergenen, da ich vegetarisch bin. Neben dem Joghurt, Ei und Reis konnte ich kaum etwas essen. Zudem haben uns frisches Obst und Gemüse gefehlt. Das Frühstück ist preiswert und japanisch ausgelegt.
Die Klimaanlage wird zentral gesteuert und ich muss sagen, dass ich, bis auf den Bereich des Onsens, immer gefroren habe. In der Lobby und beim Frühstück war es eisekalt.

Awesome location, and great facilities- with a lovely room.
Pros:

The employees were super nice, the room was great, the cleaning was awesome AND the hotel had its own onsen! Insanely nice facility and much appreciated.

The location was also superb and it was very easy to access the subway and busses quickly.

Cons:

If we’d have to be picky then the walls to the bathroom were very thin. But that’s literally the only thing we could think about.

From leaving our luggage for a few hours on our last day.to supplying umbrellas for the rain.
The on site public bath and foot massage machine was a godsend after many hours walking around Kyoto.
The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfortable.

京都の常宿にしたい！

ロケーションは完璧ですし
何よりも大浴場があるのが最高です。
0時までのフリードリンクサービスが良かったです。
杖をついている母を見て、バリアフリールームへのアップグレードをしていたお心遣いに大変感激いたしました。

Cons:

化粧水と乳液がお部屋にも完備されてると思ったらされていなくて持っていかなかったので、毎回大浴場に行って顔洗って化粧水と乳液を使っていました。フロントのところに、セルフで持っていくヘアコームが置いてありましたので、そこに化粧水と乳液のミニパックのようなものを置いて頂けたらすごくいいと思いました。
ドライヤーも希望者にはお部屋への貸し出しをしてもらえるとありがたいと思いました。
