Che dire, classico hotel stile continentale, camera molto molto spaziosa. Mi sono fermato una notte per transito a Casablanca e l'ho scelto perché è a meno di dieci minuti a piedi da una delle due stazioni di Casablanca

Café da manhã com variedade porém faltavam vários itens, já logo no início do funcionamento, como utensílios e alimentos , após solicitar aos funcionários e a maioria era reposto , porém é desagradável esta situação. Notamos que trabalham como um número reduzido de funcionários , assim como vários outros comércios do Marrocos

Pros:

Staff was nice and helpful, the room was clean. There has been some noise due to adjacent construction site outdoors and the staff offered to change the room, which I appreciated.
What I liked the most is that I asked to provide an in person feedback and staff, represenred by Ms Mariam as responsible of rooms, has been very receptive and kind.
There is a bus stop right in front if the hotel to go to the Medina or near the coast.

Pros:

The hotel and the staff are bit underrated. I had a better experience here than when booking 4 star hotels. The staff are very helpful and attentive. The room exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend it.

Good location for train and shops for supplies, staff were friendly, breakfast satisfying

Cons:

Horrible pillows - a minor gripe but they were so lumpy! 😂. Some bottled water in the room would have been appreciated.
Clean room but a bit tired.
