C’est propre et bien situé

Cons:

Il y’avait une coupure d’eau très tôt jusqu’au environ de 10h ( alors oubliez la douche très tôt avant de sortir🫩) , aussi me demander de payer le petit Dej pour ma fille, alors que j’avais tout rempli le formulaire sur booking…, chambre + petit dej pour 3.. et après vérification à la réception , juste un désolé pour le malentendu…., vérifiez auprès de vos collègues avant de confronter les clients, nous n’allons pas quand même prendre un petit déjeuner si nous n’avons pas payé…

Pros:

The people were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit especially Maryam, my whole family was happy with how helpful and friendly everyone was
In addition we noticed that they do a nice deep cleaning after each customer

Pulita e quasi moderna

Cons:

Staff inaccettabile. Attesa di 25 minuti al check-in nonostante non ci fosse nessuno in fila. Hanno sbagliato le camere due volte. Impossibile avere un taxi. Inaccettabile.

Very nice hotel to relax in.
Pros:

Very clean, good tempreture. The housekeeping manager Meriem was very good. Taha is very nice.

Quarto agradável em ótima localização
