L'emplacement est très bien. Proche de la gare casa voyageur. Le mall à côté est un atout de plus.
L'évacuation de l'eau de la douche et du lavabo qui est très lente et le manque de jet d'eau (douchette) dans les toilettes.
Buon hotel vicino al centro. Ho soggiornato solo una notte, per poche ore. La camera era pulita mandava una terrazza con i condizionatori. Il check-in è durato un' eternità nonostante avessi informato in anticipo l'arrivo di mattina presto.

Very good hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a great location. A special thanks to Mr. Yaya for his outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and kindness. He made my stay even more enjoyable and was always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again.
La ubicación a 10m escasos andando de la estación de tren, junto a un centro comercial y con taxis que pasan continuamente. Y las instalaciones excelentes, muy nuevo y confortable. No esperaba esta calidad por el precio que pagué.
Hice una escala de 23 horas en Casablanca y la elección de este hotel fue perfecta. Cogiendo un tren desde el aeropuerto llegué a la ciudad en menos de una hora y me dejaron entrar en la habitación a las 14h, una hora antes del check-in. Muy amables en la recepción.

Idéalement situé a côté de casa voyageur et collé au centre commercial Tachfine center, l'hôtel correspond aux standards de Relax Hotel. Tout est soigneusement rangé et propre. Un mini frigo et un coffre est disponible dans la chambre. La possibilité de régler sois meme la températures de la clim est très appréciable. L'emplacement est ideal pour voyage d'affaires ou une étape lors d'un voyage.
Le quartier est encore entrain de se développer avec un terrain vide a côté.

Honestly:
Disappointing stay – not recommended
· No bellman to help with luggage
· AC barely works – room stayed warm
· No floor carpet or slippers provided
· Shower floor is extremely slippery – dangerous
No toilet flush hose (bidet spray) for personal cleaning – very inconvenient.
· No complimentary drinking water or tissues
· Rooms are small and cramped
· Corridors looked dirty and unkempt
· No prayer mat or Qibla direction in the room
Overall, basic amenities are missing. Would not stay again.
