A nice hotel with an excellent location in Leticia. The pool was fine and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was good
An upgrade of the pool area with more sun beds would be beneficial. The breakfast could be improved; there is so much wonderful fresh fruit the area, so serving canned fruit should be a no-go. There is loud noise from the hotel bar until late in the evening/night which disturbed us.

El restaurante nos pareció genial, cuenta con varios espacios muy agradables y excelente cocina. La atencion fue excelente de parte de todas las personas con las que interactuamos en nuestra estadía. La ubicación del hotel es genial, estas unos 300m del puerto caminando, a unos 400m esta el parque santander donde puedes ver un impresionante espectáculo con todos los loros que llegan a las 5pm todo los dias. Al frente esta Gamboa tours, que entre los servicios turísticos que probamos nos pareció muy bueno. La habitaciones muy limpias y comodas.
De pronto a nivel de infraestructura se podría mejorar la calidad de los baños, pero es mas un tema de remodelación y acabados, pero igualmente encontramos los baños bien aseados y 100% funcionales

Le personnel est vraiment attentive à nos besoins. Tout est fait pour le séjour se déroule au mieux. La chambre est parfaite. Le restaurant est également de bonne qualité. L'établissement se situe en plein centre de Léticia et permet de découvrir facilement la ville à pied.
