The stay was wonderful and and I enjoyed myself and rest comfortably
Pros:

Breakfast was ok the rooms was very nice and comfortable and I travel by boat ferry it was very convenient to stay there considering the airport and Harbour was close by and the stay was very excellent

Cons:

Nothing the breakfast could of been a lil better but everything was great

I was very disappointed with the check-in experience. Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, and I arrived at approximately 3:15 PM, but my room was not ready. I completely understand that there can occasionally be delays, so I was patient and waited.

After about 30 minutes, I politely asked the front desk how much longer I should expect to wait. Unfortunately, the gentleman at the front desk responded that he didn’t know and then compared the situation to waiting for a delayed flight at the airport, essentially telling me that I simply had to wait.

I found his response unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Delays can happen, but the way a guest is treated when asking a reasonable question makes a big difference. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and courtesy.

Hopefully management can address this, because a situation that could have been handled politely instead left a very negative first impression of the hotel.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Close to FLL, super convenient for super early flight. Did not had breakfast due to early departure.

Cons:

They had a coffee machine in the lobby. Was hoping to get a cup before going to the airport. Unfortunately the machine was broken.
