Beautiful Sapa Hotel

Lack of proper update despite the reply to our messages on Booking.com. Regrettably we did not get to stay at Beautiful Sapa Hotel (BSH) so we are unable to provide helpful reviews about the hotel. We were only informed about 10 minutes before arrival at the hotel around 7 PM in the evening that the hotel was unable to accommodate us due to ongoing renovations. This was despite our reservations being made about half a year ago and a couple of messages to the hotel looking forward to our stay including on the very morning we flew to Hanoi and head to Sapa. Thankfully, BSH had already arranged for an alternative stay at Sapa Villa Florence (SVF). SVF was a comfortable clean place with helpful friendly staff and decent facilities. SVF is also fairly near the city center but we needed to hike up the hill to reach the villa and walk down the hill to get to the city center during our stay - it was quite a challenge for our elderly parents especially when it gets really cold in the evening. Vehicles apart from motorcycles also could not directly reach SVF. Nevertheless thank you for making arrangements to ensure we had a place to stay at SVF during our Sapa trip. We would highly recommend that BSH inform customers with reserved bookings earlier so they could find out more about the alternative hotel, its location, and not be caught by last minute surprise.

ホテルに行くと改装中で、ホテルスタッフは誰もいなかった。連絡を取ると、別のホテルに、変更を依頼された。眺望を期待して予約したが、計画が台無しになった。代替のホテルを悪いとは言わないが、ホテルが全面改装中にもかかわらず、予約を取ることは理解できない

Very dusty, floor very old and water came out from the floor, under renovation.

I have booked Beautiful Sapa Hotel but i ended up staying in Florence Sapa Hotel. There is no one contacting me regarding the renovation going on. I tried to whatsapp the hotel before we depart and theres no reply.

It’s under renovation! We arrived in there from 7hours travelled, were very tired. When we get there the whole hotel is under renovation. We’re totally disappointed, they should not even accept a booking, the hotel is totally under construction.

للأسف كانت تجربتي في هذا الفندق سيئة جدًا. النظافة معدومة تمامًا، الغرفة كانت متسخة. الخدمة دون المستوى، وما أحس إن الفندق يستحق أي تقييم إيجابي. ما أنصح أبدًا بالإقامة فيه، وكان من أسوأ الأماكن اللي سكنت فيها

Wenig, das Zimmer war wirklich runter gerockt. Es roch wirklich fies, fast wie Urin.

I don't like why they don't give us a bath math 😅 so everyday we need to request for an extra towel instead.
In the reception and the dining area needs to have some fresh air, as the carpets smelling already. Or they need to change it.

Nous avions réservé une chambre qui n’étais pas celle que nous avons eu. À notre arrivée chambre pleine d’humidité des taches partout sur les murs draps mouillé par l’humidité. Impossible d’ouvrir les placards car la Clim est situé dessus. Après plusieurs plaintes ils nous ont changé de chambre qui n’était pas top non plus mais qui était mieux que la première
