Adoramos o hotel, por isso quase sempre que vamos à BC o escolhemos.

Cons:

Essa nossa última estadia, a piscina estava vazia.
água até o joelho, (a piscina grande da repartição nova interna.)
Acredito que a limpeza dessa área deveria ser mais frequente, principalmente quando o hotel está lotado, e tbm a fiscalização de crianças pulando dentro da piscina, e sem supervisão de adultos responsáveis…

Cons:

Quartos pareciam que não eram limpos há um certo tempo. Tivemos problemas com ambos os quartos devido ao odor de cigarro e sujeira no chão. O segundo tinha resíduos de gesso espalhado pelos cantos, como uma limpeza pós obra mal feita. Ficamos apenas uma diária, então acabamos relevando esse aspecto, mas sempre fomos prontamente atendidos pelos funcionários.

Atendimento, quartos. Nem tomadas para carregar celular tinha. Minha família é com 4 pessoas e tinha uma tomada disponível no quarto e uma no banheiro. Quando questionei na recepção se haveria um filtro de linha ou alguma solução, disseram que não poderiam fazer nada. Em resumo, havia um revezamento para tentar carregar celular.

Sem toalhas disponíveis na recepção para usar a piscina.

Atendimento de uma maneira geral da recepção bem ruim.

Café da manhã variado, mas com sabor e preparações bem ruins. Definitivamente eles não sabem fazer bolo ou pães recheados.

Melhorar colchão, travesseiro e edredon

Quarta espaçoso, banheiro tbm! Hotel limpo, área de lazer ótima e ótima localização. Café da manhã ok!

Sinal da internet ruim com o hotel cheio, cama enorme porém achei dura, edredom de material ruim, com isso não dormi direito, máquina de café quebrada.
