Amazingly special!
Pros:

The staff were outstanding... professional, extremely helpful and clearly enjoying their job of caring for their clentele. Food was amazing.

Highlight of my iceland trip
Pros:

Convenient location, easy accessible to most of the attractions in the southern. The hotel is in a quiet location with amazing view. You can enjoy the view in the Jacuzzi of the hotel. Staff of the hotel is very friendly. The room is warm and cozy and quite comfortable to stay, everywhere in the hotel is very clean. I would totally recommend Aurora Lounge hotel if you stay a few days in the south coast of Iceland.

Loved it
Pros:

Great location with amazing views especially from the hot tubs. Food was amongst the best we had on our trip. Simple style (lots of IKEA) and very comfortable beds. Staff were super friendly.

Cons:

Noise from other guests walking around house on wooden path. It is a bit pricey.

Un havre de paix accueillant et dépaysant
Pros:

Lieu unique, au milieu de grandes étendues et loin de toute vie ou route. Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins, que ça soit à l’accueil ou au restaurant. L’ambiance y est familiale, le lobby et le bar sont « comme à la maison », et la cuisine servie par la gérante est succulente. Mention spéciale aux bains chauds avec vue sur un panorama exceptionnel.

Cons:

Les bungalows sont assez mal insonorisés entre eux et assez petits.

Location was beautiful, breakfast great and staff personable
Pros:

Room and and bathroom/shower very clean. Close to main lobby and breakfast area, which were very nicely laid out with comfortable seating and nice views. The included breakfast was the best we had on the whole trip, both hot and cold entries.

Cons:

The room could have used an extra chair and larger end tables for items like books, cups, and the like. Window was hard to close.

Pros:

Friendly and welcoming staff. Outstanding breakfast. To our delight, the lodge is located above a wetland which gave us a chance to watch and listen to a number of different birds, including Snipe.
