The location was good, I felt comfortable.
I wrote in instruction box that I want my room cleaned, mopped, bedcover, sheets, pillowcases changed, rather I cleaned, mopped the floor by my self.
From the elevator carpet to the hall way upstairs were not vaccumed, had deberis, also the floor in my room was not moped, was sticky, outer bedcover has light yellow stains, a place on the wall has brown mark, the pillowcases on the pillows smells bad smell, and not fresh, used toilet roll, instead of tossing it for a change to full one, and toilet walls not washed.
The mold on the bathroom wall was absolutely horrible....
Checked in and room given had bad smell and floors were so greasy that your shoes slid sideways when standing still. Both towel and fingers came up with black tint after touching floors throughout room.
Was given second room next to original, same horribly greasy floors but this time stains on pillow cases. Didn’t change room for 3rd time since already late and long travel day with early morning.
Elevators had greasy in corners from poor cleaning, public bathrooms looked worse than gas stations in terms of unclean nature(body hair in sinks and floors, dirt everywhere, scuffs all over walls). Public areas showed same lack of cleaning that is standard for Tru by Hilton.
Only booked for one night for business but will never book this location again….felt more like a cheap motel than a Tru by Hilton(which book almost exclusively for work travels each month). Whoever is supervising cleaning and maintenance is lacking, or doesn’t care for standards and lets it go but charges for parking…dumb

Very friendly staff and the breakfast was great.
The refrigerator didn't work. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The waffle maker was out of order. And even after notifying them nothing was done.
The beds were comfy and the lady checking us out was sweet .
When I first got there the lady checking us in acted like we were a bother . The room felt like it was a lot of moisture like even the mirror would get foggy and floors felt wet . Breakfast was the worst I ever had at a hotel .

The decor in the lobby is amazing! That’s why I chose it.
Only issue I had was I couldn’t use my tv the first night. They were upgrading their systems/TVs and left the old remote in my room.
The beds are comfy, the staff are very nice, and great location!
No microwave in the room.

Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage gewählt. Da wir jemanden in der Nähe besucht haben. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Zimmer groß genug und sauber. Aufgrund seines Pools haben wir dieses Hotel ebenfalls ausgesucht. Leider war er die ganzen 5 Tage gesperrt. Sehr schade
