The hotel itself was lovely. We enjoyed our whole stay.
The elevator was broken the whole time we were there, and we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs!!! For this reason, I will NEVER stay at this location again. I had knee replacement surgery and a bad back, and it made it very difficult to do!!

No working elevators. Did not get my preference room due to disability. Was out in the 3rd floor. Very difficult to eat breakfast and walk the stairs with my disability. Did not offer to cancel without penalty. Would not work with us to compensate the inconvenience. Bad management.

Elevators out and they put me on the 4th floor. Should have offered me something in terms of a discount for the inconvenience.

Property was very clean. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Elevator quit working and we had to start using the stairs. This included carrying our luggage down the stairs from the 4th floor.

It was extremely clean. Everyone was really nice. I was at peace. They’ve really made it feel like home away from home.

My booking was messed up through After pay. I requested to speak to the manager. I was told at 8:00am she was not there. Asked if she could please call my cell or the room. Checked back again at 9Am was told she was in a meeting. I returned to the front desk 7 times requesting to speak with the manager. After pay said it was a mess up on their end. I was only supposed to be charged $89 for the two nights. Instead I was charged $346. After pay said for me to have my reservation canceled for the night of the 5th. Then they would rebook it for me the right way and I wouldn't be charged that much money. The young girls at the front desk were rude and told me they were not allowed to cancel any reservations. That the manager had to do. I kept going to the front desk all day until 6:30 pm. At that time I was told she had already left for the day. I asked for her this morning before checking out and was told she was not on the property. This was a 10am. Then again at 11am when I was checking out she was still not there. I called to speak with the General Manager Yuri Robledo and was again unable to speak to anyone that could help me. Now my bank account is empty and my $150 deposit is still not on my card.
This company and this property is one of the worst I have ever been to for customer service. Your front desk people wear no uniforms. They didn't even have a corporate telephone number for me to call. The one she gave me was no good.

The front desk staff is rude, not wearing any uniforms, and kept telling me they couldn't cancel a reservation for me. Your manager refused to come speak with me. Claiming she was in meetings all day.
