We booked a table for 6:30 and actually got our food at 7:45. It was super busy as weather was lovely and staff were swamped- but it was a long wait for supper
Everything about this place is soo nice. From the moment you are greeted with a smile and asked whether you need help with your luggage. The rooms are very clean, tidy and a good size. The food at the Resturant was so lovey and good value for money.

Excellent, welcoming staff. Couldn't do enough for us. Were very accommodating with regard to choosing dining room options. Helped with luggage. Lovely room and super shower room. Very clean premises including outside areas.

The hotel is in a lovely naturel position
It was a hot summer’s day. The room was small but main issue was that it was extremely hot and we found it very challenging to sleep.
We found a lack of shelves/ storage difficult particularly in the bathroom and wardrobe space in the bedroom. The Web site does not do justice to the restaurant menu which had very good specials not reflected in the Web page.
Access to the hotel area seemed convuluted in keeping the hotel separate from the pub area. Difficult to now improve.

How spacious and clean the room and bathroom was
We was lucky to get a parking space but I think you could park on the road or ask staff if we struggled.
The pub was very modern and very clean - the staff were lovely and helpful . Unfortunately it was pouring down when we stayed so coukd not make the most of the great outdoor area on the river. Our room had a lovely balcony - everything we needed 👍🏻
If I’m being picky I’d say a shelf in the bathroom would be a good addition as I had to put my stuff on the floor

Location was lovely, building was modern & bright, really friendly staff, great ambience & food
The only negative was it was really hot in the bedroom (they did provide a large fan which helped a little!). Couldn’t open windows at night as had to avoid insects coming in being right next to the river on a hot night. Room was lovely otherwise - some fly screens at the windows would solve the problem!
