Family trip to Asheville to visit Biltmore.
Pros:

We had a clean room, nice amenities, and fresh breakfast for our two day trip to Asheville, NC. The hotel was situated in a nice location and easy to navigate to Biltmore Estate and downtown. We had great service from Darrell. Would recommend staying at this location in the future…

Overall this is a nice hotel. We would stay again and recommend to others.
Pros:

This hotel was very clean and comfortable. Situated in a nice area.

Cons:

The luggage cart broke while using it. We think it is because another closer ramp needs to be available next to the doors. Also the doors are a bit on the narrow side. This may cause people to bang the cart along the doorframe while trying to push it through the doors.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of Asheville
Pros:

Hotel was clean & quiet. Staff was very friendly. A great location to start our long weekend in Asheville. Spent the night here before moving to downtown Asheville for the rest of our visit to the area.

The rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was outstanding for a facility this size.

Pros:

One of the cleanest Hamptons we have stayed at and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Darrell was nice to talk to and asked to get us coffee or anything else!! Nice mall across the street. Very convenient if your traveling I40 and I 26.
