Don't stay in this hotel if you enjoy a night cap or have alcoholic duty free as this hotel has a no alcohol policy on the premises or in your room good hotel if your with AA. I was made to sign a waiver that I wouldn't bring alcohol into the hotel

I think they discriminate between Mexican and westerners I was made to wear a wristband as a 7 days I stayed at this hotel where I saw Mexicans there I didn't have any wristbands on. The girls on the front desk were ok they like to joke between each other in Mexican about the customer but the maids really nice and friendly.
It's in a good location but most of the hotels have got to know alcohol policy so if you like a little nightcap before you go to bed don't stay this hotel chain.
One more thing, there's a dog barking every single night from almost just after 12:00 till about 4:00 in the morning and it's sometimes constant sometimes it takes a break for half an hour and then he'll continue, The hotel doesn't think to shut the two glass doors at the front to stop the noise from coming in or speaking to the people who own the dog and telling them that we have people that are staying at the hotel and can you move your dogs to the other side of the house, so if you want to get some sleep at night this is not the best place to do it

En general lo recomiendo, excelente servicio, limpieza y trato del personal me encanto, solo les recomiendo que no compren el paquete con desayunos ya que todos los dias te sirven lo mismo edta rico pero si no hay para elegir, yo habia entendido que era bufet pero NO Resultó ser tipo americano.

Cons:

El desayuno pense que sería bufet y resulto que todos los dias fue huevo, frijoles y chilaquiles.

Pros:

The stay was average. Staff tried to help, but communication was difficult since only one person spoke English. I also had an issue with cold shower water that wasn’t resolved after I asked. Overall, I didn’t spend much time in the hotel, only for sleeping and showering.

Booked online 5 day and stayed 15min just so i can make another booking to other hotel. (no refund), no alcohol allowed inside hotel, they inform you at reception ... very bad experience!!

Cerca de todo!!!
Pros:

Sin duda lo centrico. Puedes llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad con facilidad, en especial el parque de Las Palapas. El restaurante esta muy bien y barata la comida para desayunar. Y que cuenta con estacionamiento eso ws muy importante.

Pues hay detalles sin duda, pero pues nada que me haya afectado.

Pros:

Buen trato del personal, para pasar una noche está bien, pero para una estancia larga buscaría otra opción un poco más cómoda.

A pesar de estar "limpio" (no impecable) las habitaciones ya se sienten y están viejitas.
