Pros:

La ubicación es genial cerca del ADO y muy cercano al transporte y lugares para comer

Cons:

El horario de la alberca cierra a las 7 y llevando niños no es muy conveniente, la regadera en el baño sale muy poca agua, me gustaría que el restaurante tuviera un horario más extendido

Únicamente la ubicación es perfecta todo lo demás deja mucho ya que desear

Cons:

La actitud del personal es muy grosera las instalaciones ya se ven viejas el baño no salía bien agua de la regadera y salía mucho el olor a cañeria y olía en toda la habitación el horario de la alberca es corto y adicional no la abren a la hora q dice y est sucia la están limpiando a las 12 del día

I suggest find another hotel
Pros:

The address near Cancun’s city centre is fine.

Cons:

Where to begin? Booking photos are far from reality. Rooms are very small and very dark - most have windows leading to corridors not outside. Unfomfortable beds and pillows. Very noisy AC. Very noisy hotel overall. Unking personnel. Very basic breakfast. Rather unpleasant experience.

Sköna sängar och hjälpsam personal.
Pros:

Nära till buss och 7/11 och andra matbutiker och restauranger. Trevlig personal. Trodde det var frukostbuffé men det är en enklare kontinental frukost men bra! Vi hade en kackerlacka på rummet men fick byta direkt och efter det inga problem. Första rummet var väldigt tyst. När vi fick byta hamnade vi mot gatan där det var en del ljud, men tystande vid 12-1 på natten. Jag skulle bo här igen.
