Pros:

Las habitaciones muy cómodas la verdad.

Cons:

Deberia el restaurante abrir mas temprano para que los turistas aprovechemos mas el desayuno. Ya que abren a las 7am y ya a las 6 30am debíamos ir directo a un parque turístico.

En realidad cómodas las habitaciones.
Pros:

Este hotel tiene habitaciones cómodas, limpias y camas muy cómodas. Como recomendacion deverian de arreglar los ventiladores de la recepción porque el tiempo de espera alli se siente infernal xq no hay clima y los ventiladores no funcionaban.

Cons:

Las piscina se podían digamos usar, pero podrian tener mas cuidado con la limpieza de las mismas. Las habitaciones q dan mas cerca a la calle sobre todo a la esquina, cuando es fin de semana y hay personas pasando los perros q tienen el vecino de contra esquina no dejan dormir.

Расположение, в комнате чисто.

Cons:

Комната воняла сыростью и затхлостью, отель старый, требует ремонта, плохой напор в душе, видать забилась лейка. Ужасная звукоизоляция. Всю ночь шум людей на рецепшене, крики, разговоры. Шум от работы какого-то насоса или вентилятора, шум воды в фонтане на рецепшене.

La ubicación es genial cerca del ADO y muy cercano al transporte y lugares para comer

Cons:

El horario de la alberca cierra a las 7 y llevando niños no es muy conveniente, la regadera en el baño sale muy poca agua, me gustaría que el restaurante tuviera un horario más extendido

Únicamente la ubicación es perfecta todo lo demás deja mucho ya que desear

Cons:

La actitud del personal es muy grosera las instalaciones ya se ven viejas el baño no salía bien agua de la regadera y salía mucho el olor a cañeria y olía en toda la habitación el horario de la alberca es corto y adicional no la abren a la hora q dice y est sucia la están limpiando a las 12 del día

I suggest find another hotel
Pros:

The address near Cancun’s city centre is fine.

Cons:

Where to begin? Booking photos are far from reality. Rooms are very small and very dark - most have windows leading to corridors not outside. Unfomfortable beds and pillows. Very noisy AC. Very noisy hotel overall. Unking personnel. Very basic breakfast. Rather unpleasant experience.
