Clean room in convenient location
Pros:

Location is pretty central and walkable to most things you need around the Inner Harbor. Room was clean and quite modern with a comfy bed. Good value overall.

Cons:

Hallway carpets needed a clean, inconvenient to get a key to access shop, area around hotel could feel a bit shady to some

Room we booked on booking.com did not look like the room we got

Cons:

It looked like the room had more space when we booked when we got there , the room wasn’t like we booked our friends got upgraded to a suite 😂 but we paid more for our room than they did for there room before they got upgraded

Pros:

The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The location was incredible. Most importantly, the front desk receptionists were very helpful!

Cons:

I wish it were 1 king bed rather than 1 queen bed.

Inner Harbor Stay
Pros:

Location was central to everyone I wanted to see. When I return for a baseball or football game this is a great location to be in.

Cons:

It was a little loud at night as far as sirens but it reminded me of living in the city so truly wasn’t bad. Tried to allow the tv to stay on but I guess it was on some kinda timer and kept going off so the noises were amplified. And only other issue one of the trashcan wasn’t emptied but otherwise the room was emasculate. I drink Pepsi so … no the trash wasn’t from me!

Friendly and very helpful staff.
Good location.
Great size shower
Convenience of small kitchen with full size fridge.

Cons:

Mattress way too soft.
Facilities feel old.
No smart apps on the TV only cable
View on two long walls cutting all way from the city.
Pictures didn't match at all booking.com pictures
Hard to create a bedroom ambiance with the lights available.

Pros:

The location was close to the harbor with different business around the area food, spa, tobacco stores and bars all walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind they helped me find places to go. I would say despite what some of the reviews say my stay was great. I did speak to front desk when I first arrived about the reviews and like he said they are doing their best to change things around. I don't have any complaints and I will stay there again when I visit Baltimore
