I like the room ,location

Cons:

The bathtub is not holding water, everything is very pricey,One fanta can is 400 bdt,swimming pool has no heating meachanism and not so modern.

The room was dirty. The flash in the washroom didn’t work. The bathtub was stained. The lighting was so poor that it looked like a scene from horror movie.

Room were nice

Cons:

A) Staffs were non cooperating and was providing wrong information which was not necessary
B) Supervisor Ibrahim was arrogant
C) Property called to pay advance
4) Booking was for 3 adult and child. They did not object. During check in, they asked for extra bed charge. Said, booking.com does not cover terms and conditions
5( pool was dirty
6) they gave lot of pain as I had to shorten trip due to emergency
7) they prefer guests not to book thru booking.com

Swimming pool was dirty. Swimwear should have been worn! Swimming with outerwear on, the bottom was cleaned once a day. There were a lot of users, the water was cloudy.
