Location only, tapi banyak anjing.

Cons:

Staff tak membantu langsung. Bilik bau kepam dan busuk. Toilet air slow sgt. Floor mat pun takde. Remote TV takde, nak tgk tv pakai niat je. Remote aircond takde bateri, customer kena beli sendiri. Dah request kat PIC staff, janji nak hantar sampai esok check out pon bateri tak sampai². Alasan rushing, customer ramai 🙄. Dari awal saya complaint, taknak pulak tukar bilik, bila dah jam 11.00 malam baru sibuk cakap nak tukar bilik. Time check out bgtau PIC haram satu whatsapp pon tak reply. Very BAD experience i ever had with this hotel. Sesiapa yang nak booking sini, better fikir 100x ye.. indah khabar dari rupa. Jangan percaya dengan review, sbb saya salah sorg yang pecaya dgn review kat sini. Harga tak berbaloi dengan servis yang diberi. Sumpah tak repeat lagi. Sekian.

Easy cozy.. Directly self service to check in and check out.. In fact, I just extend for one more day made it 3 nights staying.. Overall it was met with my expectation and the price is reasonable.. Keep up the good work👍

Stay vacation in ipoh
Pros:

Parking is free, the registration going easy and smoothly@self service.. Location is near to aeon mall.. Very convenient.. The hotel price is reasonable with a facilities they equipped.. Room was spacious and comfort.. Clean and tidy👍

Cons:

The housekeeping@security didn't come all around.. They worked in shift.. The body shampoo and soap is not enough.. Did requested before but fail to deliver in time.. Too bad... But overall the place is good enough.. Safely and quiet..
