Pros:

La struttura ha una posizione ottima, di fronte alla spiaggia e vicina alla zona pedonale. La stanza è un po' piccola per 4 persone, e l'armadio potrebbe essere migliorato ricavando qualche ripiano, ma il servizio è assolutamente proporzionato al prezzo richiesto, e la gestione è pronta a intervenire per qualunque richiesta. Colazione varia e cucina buonissima.

Cons:

L'aria condizionata dovrebbe essere regolabile, di notte risulta un po' forte.

Cons:

La stanza al terzo piano con l' ascensore che arriva al secondo piano,. Lucernario VELUX anziché finestra. Cattivo odore che arrivava dagli scarichi del bagno, messo in dubbio dal proprietario. Ho dovuto richiedere 3 volte il bagnodoccia .

Struttura nel compenso carina, personale gentile e camera grande.
Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Posizione centrale sul lungomare

Cons:

Struttura datata che necessita un po' di manutenzione, luce non funzionante.
Le due finestre davano una su un cantiere e l'altra sui condizionatori estern
