Hotel Amenity München

We very much enjoyed our stay. The hotel is very clean and well organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a stocked mini-bar with reasonable prices. The breakfast was excellent and well worth the extra money. Finally, the location is only a block away from the metro and then it’s only a few stops to the center of Munich. Very convenient. We will visit again!

Das Hotel war sehr sauber. Es gab eine gute Auswahl an Frühstück, welches auch sehr lecker war. Das Bett war bequem. Grundsätzlich kein allzu modernes Hotel und zum Flur hin recht hellhörig. Das Personal war stets hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Für mich vollkommen ausreichend.

We overall had a good stay. Because this is Europe the room was not air conditioned. The nights were cool so it was ok. The breakfast was good. Many choices. Transportation is nearby and walkable even with suitcases.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights during the euros, what a great find it was and very reasonably priced the room was lovely and clean and the staff very welcoming , really easy to get into the city , would definitely stay here again and would recommend

Great hotel. Super friendly staff. We will book again when needed. Clean and very spacious rooms (we had a 4-beds room). Perfect location - Harras - with a short walk (10 mins) and then direct access to the main trains and city trains. Just a couple of minutes to Marienplatz and Hauptbahnhof by public transport. Supermarkets, drugstores and several restaurants just a walk away.

This hotel charged us $1,500 more per week than others staying at the same time! I tried to find out why, but management never responded to my request. Upon checking their rate a few days before our arrival, this was noticed and I tried to find out why, but got no, answer, which is no way to handle a business.
Be careful in booking this hotel!

Usually I stay at the Holiday Inn at Albert-Rosshaupterstrasse but when I checked the prices at booking.com a few weeks ago the price was too high, and according to booking.com almost no rooms available at all hotels in this area of Munich. Thus I booked Amenity Hotel, which when I checked the prices one day before my arrival was just 14 Euro cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn which definitely is a better hotel with a cozy lobby and bar. When I booked the difference Holiday Inn vs Amenity was 40 Euro/night. Next time I will book nearer to my arrival date.

Amenity hotel is a 3* hotel, rooms are nice, clean and quite, with refrigerator, shower in bathtub, beds of good sleeping quality. The location at Passauerstrasse is near to the subway and S-Bahn station Harras, grocery stores, bakery, cleaner, restaurants are nearby.

There is a garage, 16 euros by day, I didn’t like it because of the design and narrow parking slots. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. At breakfast there is a variety of food, Muesli, cheese, sausages, fruits, tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc.

The reception closes at 21:30, do not forget to take the room key with you if you intend to return after this time to the hotel.

Tolles Hotel mit Nähe zur U-Bahnstation Harras. Freundliche und herzliche Atmosphäre.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Parkmöglichkeiten sind außerhalb des Hotels schwierig, da Wohnviertel mit Parkscheinen. Verkehrstechnisch liegt das Hotel genial, mit dem Auto kommt man schnell auf den Ring.

Clean, comfortable space. Small but great if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Nearby bus stops and food options. Very nice breakfast.

If you are looking for a nice place where to put your base during your visit in Munich, this hotel is the right choice. The rooms are not too big but they're clean and they have all comforts. The staff is nice and ready to answer to all your needs. Few meters apart, you can find the local underground-stop.

This hotel is a complete scam, do not book here. They only offer a 30% refund for canceling more than 7 days prior to your arrival (which they claim is goodwill considering you only can get a 10% refund if you book through booking.com). I mean really? Not only do they get to keep 70% they get to rebook the room and make that profit as well. A scam.

We enjoyed our stay. Staffs are very helpful. Although it’s not a 24hr business like the front desk and elevator, access is easy and homey. I just wish elevator works round the clock especially if your room is in the fourth floor.

Very convient for access to train to Octoberfest. Hotel check in with greeting shot was very tasty and enjoyable. Service was excellant.
