Sehr gerne wieder!
Pros:

Noch nie habe ich ein Hotelzimmer ohne den kleinsten Mängel gehabt. Top! Der Stil ist natürlich immer individuell. Alles sehr sauber. Alles sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

Sehr schön, mit kleinen Abstrichen
Pros:

Der Charme, die gute Lage, das Zimmer (wir haben ein Zimmer-Upgrade erhalten - vielen lieben Dank dafür)

Cons:

- Die Dusche in Zimmer (in der Badewanne). Fast keine Wasserkraft auf der Brause und Wassertemperatur sehr mühsam einzustellen.
- Inflexibles Personal im Restaurant - einen einzelnen Hauptgang aus dem großen Menü zu bekommen war leider nicht möglich
- Konflikte der MA in der Bar wurden z.T. laut und für jeden Gast hörbar ausgetragen

Für ein 5-Sterne Haus hat das Colombi-Hotel noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Wir waren bisher in allen „niederrangigeren“,
Pros:

Das Haus ist schön ausgestattet und liegt an zentraler Lage gleich beim Eintritt in die Altstadt.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft gab mir falsch an, ich müsse eine grüne Umweltplakette kaufen, wenn ich in Freiburgs Innenstadt fahren wolle. Das stimmt nachweislich (Homepage Freiburg) nicht. Wenn man die im Zimmer verfügbare Kaffeemaschine nutzen will, muss man sie auf den Fussboden stellen, damit man sie einstecken kann, weil das Kabel zu kurz ist. Auf der Rechnung standen drei Frühstücke, obwohl diese nicht inklusive waren und von uns nicht gebucht wurden. Ich habe das zum Glück beim Bezahlen selber erkannt; kein Wort des Bedauerns seitens Personals. Das Hotel hat auf meine erste Bachfrage nach einem Autoeinstellhallenplatz nicht reagiert; erst beim Nachfassen (zweite Anfrage). Im Zimmer gab es nur 1 Kaffeetasse und 1 Espressotasse. Es war somit nicht möglich, dass zwei Personen eine grosse Tasse Kaffee trinken konnten. Es hatte auch keinen Kaffeerahm auf dem Zimmer. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel wirkt „gestelzt“ und anonym - keine Herzlichkeit, wie wir sie in kleineren Hotels in Freiburg erlebt haben, nur Nüchternheit.
