Pros:

La camera molto accogliente e il letto con i suoi cuscini tra i piu' comodi mai trovati in un albergo. Lo staff molto gentile e attento.

Cons:

Il bagno in marmo molto bello e spazioso ma nel fare la doccia l'acqua è tracimata fuori fino nella stanza. L'aria condizionata leggermente rumorosa.

My home away from home.

Exceptional — I felt at home.

Cons:

I did not like the morning coffee. The breakfast service was lovely but the hotel should update the coffee service with nicer and better tasting coffee.

Overall, an elegant and beautifully appointed hotel, offering a refined atmosphere and a delightful stay in Strasbourg.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was pleasant and well-maintained. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience

Cons:

The only downside was the mattress, which was quite uncomfortable. Unfortunately, we both woke up with back pain, which affected the quality of our sleep. Improving the mattress comfort would make the overall experience much better.

Unexpectedly luxurious, wonderful and friendly.
Pros:

The in-house restaurant is divine. Fabulous food and great service. If it's not top rated in the Michelin guide, it should be.
