Pros:

Parking was okay

Cons:

The "sleeping sofa" was uncomfortable. The shower head was something to desired. I recommend you put hand held shower heads.

Property was nice , comfortable
Staff were polite

Cons:

The hot tub was down the entire stay
There were kids knocking at our door waking us up throughout our stay . Phone calls late at night waking us up .
There were items on the menu that were unavailable
I was expecting some type of discount as we had multiple groups staying in the hotel and after our experience we will not be coming back again

Pros:

Clean and modern. Staff were very efficient. Location was great.

Cons:

It's too bad that the hot tub pumps are not in service.

Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Underground parking was awesome!

Cons:

Honestly my only complaint was that the refills of coffee weren’t free in the restaurant.

A very comfortable over night stay. Will be back.
Pros:

Rooms had very comfortable seating, very thoughtful as many hotels provide no decent seating for the occupants.
They appear to have water softener s, as shower was delightfully refreshing.

Cons:

Kitchen wasn’t open, and we were only told when we showed up for breakfast. Our inquiry about breakfast the evening check-in , told us dining opened at 7. The desk should have known.
Not a deal breaker as there were 3 good breakfast places within a block.
