The staff were helpful checking me in. The room was a decent size and clean. It was really nice to have my room reset every day.
The only thing I didn't like was how hard the bed was. Just a personal preference, but i was able to sleep well enough eventually.
Cleaners are very polite and kind. Good cleaning and a modern interior. Simple but comfortable.
At the reception it was always very busy during the day time till the evening.
The breakfast was outstanding, very good choice of foods. Overall everything was exceptional

It’s near the public transports and many shops and restaurants.
The lifts took quite long waiting for the lifts.

The room is quite spacious. And the king bed is comfy. The airport bus goes directly to the hotel which is convenient. There are a few subway lines close to the hotel. Our shower wasn't hot at first, we told the staffs and they fixed it quickly.
The design of the shower is poor. Water drips off the ledge every time we shower. But other than that, it is a pretty good stay.

I had two nights here in May. I was a bit nervous after reading many reviews that noted a lot of noise --- but I was in a nice room at the front of the building, so not very noisy.
Fairfield in Korea offer no free breakfast, so I didn't try it.
The room was quite small, but OK.
There is a fun area across the road with a lot of restaurants and bars.
No problems. I would stay again.
