Good location and good service

Cons:

Some rooms (two twin beds ) do not have a door at toilet area. I embarrassed a lot and upset. So next day I asked to change this room. They did.

The rooms are very small, but the location is good and the staff are friendly. However, the breakfast should be improved

Good location and staff friendly

Cons:

The breakfast buffet had the same menu every day. I stayed there for 5 nights, and it wasn't worth paying for the buffet. Luckily, on my last day, the staff made me a new dish for us

Pros:

Staff were cooperating

Cons:

The linen - towels provided were very old, discoloured and torn. There was no waste bin in the room, when asked I was give a laundry bag to collect.The AC remote was not working.

BF for 20000 KW was useless. Horrible.

次は無いかと思います。
Pros:

ツインのお部屋でしたが、よくある狭いベッドを無理やりツインにしたものでは無く、ベッドが幅広く寝心地が良かったです。基本、昼間は観光で部屋に居ないので、帰って来たら毎日キレイに清掃して頂き、快適でさした。
また、空港バスも便利でした。

Cons:

やはり皆さんが言ってる通り、電車の騒音です。二重窓や内窓を付けて頂きたいです。基本、ツインの部屋は線路側だそうで、私は12階でしたが、それでも朝は電車の音で、早くから目が覚めてしまいました。耳栓も役立たず、慣れなかったです。

A GREAT HOTEL
Pros:

Housekeeping staff were wonderful. Every time i saw Ms. Yu Mi Suk, she was running to clean the next room. She was super kind and polite. Ms. Kim Hyoun Ah was attentive, pleasant and courteous. Ms. Yeom Jeonggae helped make my room the way i wanted it. They made my room look just left, every day. Towels were clean. The bed was white and nice. The table was wiped clean. I only have gratitude for their work and professional standards. I left a genuine thank you note every single day with expression of my appreciation. Eric at Front Desk is always kind, and helpful.

Cons:

There's no trash can outside, or in the lobby or in the elevator halls.

Please leave some towels in the gym. When we exercise, a towel can help wipe the perspiration. Treadmills sometimes work, sometimes not.
