Great location and good pool facilities. Room servicing could be improved.
Pros:

The location is outstanding. The pool and spa were clean and relaxing, open until 21:00 and offering a nice end to the day. The room was spacious and pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms have no air conditioning, we were provided with fans upon request. The rooms are not really cleaned every day apart from towels and bedding (used coffee cups and plates were left untouched).

הכל היה מצויין, מיקום טוב מאוד! מתאים לטיולי כוכב!
החדרים ענקיים ונוחים הבריכה והספא מצויין. האוכל מצויין ויש מתקנים לילדים. המסעדה של המלון טובה מאוד

צוות הבר בבריכה לא נחמד ולא שמח לתת שירות. ויתרנו על הזמנת המשקאות.

חוויה מעולה אבל עם נקודות לשיפור המלון. העיירה מדהימה ביופייה
Pros:

המלון מהמם מתקני הבריכה החיצונית והפנימית, הנוף על האגם והקרבה לטיילת בעיירה היה מושלם.
מרחק הליכה לדוכני אוכל, פאן פארק, הגונדולה לבקתה העליונה. יש משחקייה מגניבה לילדים, הם מאוד נהננו.

Cons:

ארוחת הבוקר לא טעימה, ממש בקושי הצלחנו למצוא מה לאכול. על פניו כאילו יש אבל כלום לא טעים.
חם ברחבי המלון וגם אין מזגן בחדרים.
חדר ענק בלי חלוקה לחדרים מיותר אבל זה מה שהיה לנו להזמין.
המקלחת לא נוחה, אין וילון, אין טוש עליון, הניקוז של המקלחת לא עבד טוב.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage am See und einen schönen Spa Bereich - wie beschrieben. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der öffentlichen Bereiche war tadellos.
Das Personal ist freundlich und serviceorientiert, wenn man das richtige Gegenüber hat oder mit etwas Geduld das richtige Gegenüber im 3. Versuch gefunden hat … bspw um die Bitte nach herkömmlichen Kräuter-/ Pfefferminztee oder einer Keramik-/Porzellantasse für Kaffee oder Tee.

Cons:

Das Hotel möchte mehr sein als es heute ist und hat die besten Jahre hinter sich.
Das Sofa in unserem Zimmer und die Terrassenmöbel auf dem Balkon haben das Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer überschritten.
Besonders enttäuscht hat uns das Frühstück.
Es gab es ein sehr spärliches Angebot an Wurst und Käse in Standard-Qualität a la Supermarkt, Pappbecher statt Tassen an den Kaffeeautomaten und 1 Sorte Brot (ohne Brötchen- oder Baguette - Alternativen am 1. Tag. Am 2. Tag hab es zusätzlich Baguette, jedoch keine Marmelade, die zumindest am 1. Tag in geringer Menge von 3 am Buffet als abgepackte Erdbeermarmelade verfügbar. Ein nicht unerheblicher Teil der Gäste nutzt das Buffet, um sich für den Tag zu verpflegen… was sicherlich das Niveau des Frühstücksbuffets erklärt, jedoch unsere Erwartungshaltung in dieser Preisklasse nicht entschuldigt.
