Pros:

Der Spa und Poolbereich ist sehr groß und perfekt nach einer langen Fahrt hoch in die Berge.
Auch das Frühstücken ist sehr umfangreich und das Restaurant des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider gab es keine Klimaanlage im Raum, als ich da war hat es nicht gestört. Ich kann mir aber vorstellen dass es bei höheren Temperaturen unangenehm wird.

Great location for a great vacation.
Pros:

Everything was excellent, food, personnel, the room, the room size, the location.

Cons:

As the summer comes with higher temperatures, we were expecting to have AC in the rooms, but there was no AC which is a minus. The balconies have no privacy, you can see in the neighbor's balcony which is very uncomfortable. The balconies should be separated with some privacy panels to allow the visitors to enjoy the mountain view (which is great by the way) with no stress that somebody else can see them.

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! We were upgraded, without even asking, to a beautiful and spacious suite.

The facilities for children are excellent, including a fantastic indoor play area, and the swimming pools are wonderful. The breakfast was delicious, generous, and truly indulgent.

We had such an amazing time that we simply have to come back again!

Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates beauty, comfort, and quality time with family. An excellent place for families with children.

Ceva rau!Nu voi reveni niciodata si nici nu voi recomanda cuiva acest hotel!

Dimensiunea camerei este foarte ok, daca s-ar face si curatenie cum trebuie ar fi fost si mai bine!

Din pacate curatenia lasa de dorit.
Am avut prosoape rupte, halatul rupt (destramate de vreme), dopul de la cada s-a blocat dupa dus si a trebuit sa chemam pe cineva ca noi nu am reusit sa-l scoatem (dupa ce a scos dopul era plin de jeg si murdarie de iti era sila sa te uiti la el, ni l-a lasat pe cada :))). Colturile baii erau innegrite de jeg, baia mirosea urat per total (de la canalizare, probabil), prizele aveau "joc" de iti era teama sa bagi telefonul, erau pline de praf interior/exterior.
Pe pat (acea paturica de decor care seamana cu draperia) erau de fapt 2 draperii (aveau carligele pe ele) :))))
Doamne fereste!!!Daca nu aveti paturici de decor mai bine nu mai puneti perdele pe pat!
Micul dejun ok-ish dar angajatii te "imbranceau" sa aseze rosia, sa mute paharul, etc.
Farfuriile murdare (am gasit mai multe), trebuia sa te uiti cu atentie cand luai din teanc.

Am mancat si la restaurant cand am ajuns, mancarea ft slaba...reincalzita, carnea fada si "uscata".

Ceva rau, foarte rau!
