Pros:

Camere spațioase și impecabil de curate. Locul de joacă pentru copii este excelent, iar spa-ul este o adevărată oază de liniște și relaxare. Piscina încălzită în aer liber este superbă și foarte „instagramabilă”, perfectă pentru poze și momente de relaxare.

Singurul minus a fost micul dejun — mă așteptam să fie mai variat. De asemenea, aparatul pentru clătite nu mi s-a părut o idee inspirată, deoarece se forma o coadă mare, iar unii copii nu mai apucau să mănânce și ajungeau să plângă.

Per total, un loc foarte frumos, unde ne-am simțit bine și unde am reveni cu drag. Nota 9/10.

Cons:

Micul dejun, același în fiecare zi!

Excellent malgré la clientèle de l hôtel
Pros:

Hôtel superbe tout y est grand magnifique et en parfait état, les chambres immenses 100 m2 avec vue montagne grandiose. Personnel au top
Un 4 étoiles d un bien meilleur standing que beaucoup d hôtels de même catégorie en France
Et même pour la couleur locale une alerte ours dans la rue près de l hôtel un soir alors que nous avions randonné tout l apres midi dans la forêt face à l hôtel…

Cons:

Il y a un seul bémol mais de taille….la clientèle
Parents non éduqués qui se bourrent la gueule au bar du spa toute la journée(et oui il y a même un bar à l intérieur du spa qui est immense) et boivent et snackent même dans la piscine/le jacuzzi malgré les panneaux d interdiction = enfants non éduqués ni cadres qui crient, courent partout et sautent et plongent en éclaboussant tout le monde
Si vous avez de jeunes enfants c est le paradis car il y a même une immense zone enfant avec tunnels etc….
Sinon…
Conseil pour avoir testé 3 nuits dont 2 le week-end :
Fuyez le week-end c est l horreur
En semaine moins de familles non éduquées avec enfants donc plus calme (5/10 enfants pas une trentaine)

Локация и Хотел - ТОП. Персонала малко повече трябва да поработи с клиента.
Pros:

Хареса ми че хотела е топъл и от стаята ми имаше прекрасна панорама. Закуската беше достатъчна. Стаята ми беше страхотно холяма и чиста. Мини бара беше зареден. Локцията на хотела е страхотна и има лесен достъп до лифтове и ски писти.

Cons:

Не ми хареса че никой не ми помогна с багажа. Дори от рецепция не се досетиха да ме попитам имам ли нужда от помощ или съдействие.
