Relaxare și încântare!
Pros:

Locație excelentă. Camerele mari, primitoare, aerisite și luminoase, paturi mari, confortabile, mobilier adecvat, cu elemente decorative încântătoare, lămpi și lustre deosebite. Baia mare, dotată cu tot ce e necesar. Balcon mare cu o priveliște minunată!
Micul dejun foarte bun, diversificat, reușește să mulțumească toate gusturile. Produse proaspete, de foarte bună calitate, îmbietoare, aranjate cu atenție și pricepere.
Centrul Spa - excelent! Are un program lejer, extins pe un interval orar convenabil tuturor categoriilor de clienți. Spațiul larg, bine gândit, adăpostește două piscine interioare ( apă caldă/ apă temperatura normală), un jacuzzi, un bar, baldachine și șezlonguri. La piscina cu apă caldă beneficiezi de jeturi de masaj cervical și bule relaxante. Același lucru găsești și la micuța piscină semiexterioară, unde poți admira frumusețea munților din mijlocul bulelor de apă caldă.
Personal primitor, cameriste care își fac datoria în cel mai eficient mod, strecurându-se discret in cameră și contribuind la starea ta de bine, care te învăluie de peste tot.
Pe holuri te așteaptă o atmosferă elegantă, de bun gust, cu mobilier minunat, tablouri, statuiete, vaze cu flori, lustre și aplice, șemineu (funcționabil în lunile de iarnă), pian, separeuri discrete etc.
Lacul din jurul hotelului întregește atmosfera de poveste demnă de numele unui împărat.

Pros:

Better consideration for the personal information to facilitate a person that is exhausted after a trip to fill in the form. This could be done just by scanning the id and aign a gdpr consent so that the customer do not need to stay for 20-25 min filling the form for all the adults

Pros:

Linistea zonei, parcare mare si acoperită , piscina , sauna

Cons:

În ultimele 2 zile piscina mică exterioară s a golit pentru a o curăța . ( e normal să facă asta doar că voiam să mai stau în ea deoarece e un peisaj superb )

The staff is very helpful and nice
The hotel has a good position and a nice view
The kids play room is big and fun

Cons:

For whatever reason sometimes through the air vents smoke smell was coming in. The curtains could be better to give u some darkness
