Awful... wouldnt receommend to anyone.
Pros:

The location was ok and the food was acceptable

Cons:

The rooms were awful. The ACs never worked. The rooms werent cleaned. Despite assurances by the General Manager, Mr. Suhail, we got charged an extra room night and he now refuses to even answer our calls. We also called Booking.com and they assured us that we would get back our refund, but now even they say they cant help.

We are still waiting for our refund.

I felt cheated in the name of Lemon tree hotels
Pros:

The loc of property is good that is only good thing about it

Cons:

The rates are overpriced. The hotel was empty they did not give me free upgrade .
The room are ok not value for money .
The staff lacks hospitality . Most of the boys who are in hotel are not trained lacks basic etiquettes.
The quality of food is poor. The waiter staff doesn’t know basics of serving and lacks promptness and eye for details
The restaurant is not cleaned
I had dinner in the hotel though the timings of all day dining are from 11 to 11 but they refused to serve food after 10
The AC was not functioning in the room inspite of my request they could not repair it .
Overall a very poorly managed hotel .
It’s a good property under poorly managing staff

Pros:

Lemon tree stands out among my favorable hotelchains: clean, cosy and quiet enough for a good sleep. Lemon tree Srinigar is as expected: impeccable from desk and a warm personalized reception by Sahil in the cozy restaurant with delicious buffets and gracious serving.

Best stay in Srinagar
Pros:

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful heritage property. Sahil and the entire staff were super cordial and friendly. They attended to all our needs and made sure we had the best time here. Must stay if you’re in Srinagar!

Terrible hotel ! Bad hygiene!
Pros:

Rooms had a gutter like stench ! We could not sleep all night ! We kept requesting for a room change but the hotel was sold out ! We kept spraying perfume all night but the gutter smell was overpowering ! The bedsheets were blood stained and had to be changed at 130am ! The bathroom was dirty with stains and only one bulb ! It was dingy and dark and smelling too ! Horrible experience

We had a fantastic stay at the Lemon Tree Hotel Srinagar. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained. The entire hotel staff was friendly, and always ready to assist. Special thanks to Mr Rasikh Mr Sahil , Mudasir Shafat chef Moien 👨‍🍳 also for his excellent service and warm hospitality during our dining experience. A well connected city stay on Jhelum riverside!
Pros:

The ambience was amazing and the rooms were good and spacious. Make sure to ask for the Pari Mahal facing views 🤠
We also had a quiet walk late evening on the Jhelum riverside, which is like 100m walk. Chinar trees, moving Jhelum waters and the breeze really set the tone for our Kashmir trip on day 1.
We booked for Breakfast + Dinner options, and we're glad that we did that. Food was very good, specially the Nadroo Yakhni, Chicken Kanti, Fish preparation were especially great.
The courteous staff is the bedrock of the experience here....Altaf, Shafaat and others were very helpful and polite all the way.
Highly recommended stay!
